More than two months cannot get my refund. Have no other choice but file dispute transaction with my cc.

My Flufie is a total scam. I ordered shoes from them, but the size runs extremely small; you need to order at least two sizes up, so I returned them. It's been 6 weeks and no refund. Customer service ignores all my emails.

Took forever to receive. They are defective. Backs are not long enough. They feel like they are constantly falling off which they are. No address to return. No customer service.

Do not order from this company!!! They completely ignore you. I have asked and sent four different emails for a refund. The only response I got was if I want to participate in the Green program and get 50% back on the boots and keep them. I said no, I want my refund. Please send me a return label and they have now ignored me for over a week. I just sent in a 5th request for a refund. They make you email them for a refund label. You can’t do it online. But they don’t send it to you. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!

Cheap confection, wrong sizing, came with a tear. NO REFUNDS, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Your only chance to get a refund will be if you bought/paid the boots with paypal, they have a dispute service on the app where you can claim if a company didn't refund or had poor customer service. Thats how I got refunded after they also tried reaching the company and no one replied. Don't buy from Fluffie !

I’ve since contacted these sellers about getting a return label as they are too small. They sent me a RA code but WTF is that for. I need a fed ex return label to send them back to get a refund. Why is this so difficult. Buyer Beware!

I love this booties! They are super warm and puffy, very comfortable and love how they look. Also I have to say the customer service was excellent, I had a problem with my first pair, was hard taking them off, and I send them a message by instagram, they were super fast to respond. After explaining my issue they asked for my address and size and sent me a new pair, the new version that was even my comfortable and easy to get off. They were super nice and helpful. I highly recommend this booties! I live where temperatures go around -20 C to -40 C and they keep my feet warm.

I agree! Do NOT buy from this company. I have sent no less than 6 emails and received not a whiff of a response. There is no phone number to call, no chat, no way to contact them except for email, which they totally ignore.

This is a horrible company. They have no customer service skills and do not respond to any inquiries via email. I have ordered multiple pairs of boots from this company for gifts over the holidays and have received no confirmation of the purchase and have also not received either pair of the boots. No one has contacted me or reached out and they have ignored multiple emails and outreach attempts from me. Extremely disappointed and will not order from here again. Do not recommend to anyone.

Don’t buy from this company. They ignore emails, requests and returns. Zero accountability and zero customer service too.
They can process your order and take your money but they can’t honour their return policy. They employ shameful and horrible business practices.

I paid for express shipping on my order which they say is 2-5 days. It’s been 6 days, and I haven’t even gotten an order update. I’ve emailed them for days, no response. It does not appear this is a legitimate company. Filed a dispute with the credit card company and BBB. And let Anthropologie know/posted a review of this so they are aware.

Zero customer service. I have purchased two pairs of boots - neither have been delivered. There is zero service or accountability. I would never ever purchase from them again. Really crappy service start to finish. So disappointing as they were both Xmas presents and now I don’t have a gift!

I am so frustrated with this company. I ordered a pair of boots that were too big. I went thru the return process 4 weeks ago to receive a free return label and have not been able to get a response. I’ve emailed them several more times with still no response. Their lack of customer service is so unacceptable. And they don’t even publish a phone number. I am going to get the BBB involved.

Return policy is bad . Bought some items back in Dec. 2022 , returned for full refund . They did not get back to me till months later. To approve refund . Now it’s March 2023 and I still have not received my refund .

Ware aus der TÜRKEI!! Musste in Österreich zusätzlich zahlen. Rechnung 200 Euro und dann von FedEx zusätzlich 130 Euro!! Abzocke Vorsicht!! Firma kontaktiert, keine Rückmeldung, kein Kundenservice!
Goods from TURKEY!! Had to pay extra in Austria. Invoice 200 euros and then from FedEx an additional 130 euros!! Rip off caution!! Company contacted, no response, no customer service!

These boots are absolutely amazing !! They are so comfortable and look cool too. I will certainly be buying a second pair.

I was sceptical but once in they felt great. Easy in and off at my age.
