Great service. The prepared frozen meals have generous portions and good variety. They are very tasty and I would definitely recommend this service.
The food is nice, healthy and easy to heat. The deliveries were mostly terrible. My box was dropped at odd spots on my section a few times, didn't turn up another time. Convenience and being time poor... Toon meer

Then when it has charged without any prior notice it doesn't allow any time frame for canceling your order. They do this on purpose so people forget to make changes beforehand. They make a lot of money this way.
When I contacted them about this problem they did not want to comment on the lack of giving proper notifications.

Intentionally confusing promotions and website.
I was charged this morning for a box that I had skipped. When I phoned they said the box wasn't skipped. There is a "survey" like pop up after you hit skip and none of these survey responses suited me (they are very prying questions) and there was no "other" option so posaibly I didn't select one? It was weeks ago. Apparently, you have to click answer in order for the skip to finalise.
I explained that I did not know if that's what happened, but that I had tried to skip the box, and that also, my address and bank account details were incorrect, showing I had no intention of ordering. Can the pleaae cancel or move thw order. Too bad was their reaponse. This is still 6 days out from expected delivery.
Regarding the address and bank account details, there is no way to permanently change these from the one that you're originally signed up with, so you have to remember before the deadline each week to go in and manually change them!

Rotten carrot, bag of spinach was past use, spices: one sachet had ripped open. Too much plastic. Meal ideas appealing, reality frustrating.
Delivery man just threw box on to door step.

Finally a Food meal prep kit that has the most amazing LARGE and FRESH ingredients that taste absolutely amazing, are easy and quick to prep. 5 stars to you! I was getting sick and tired of receiving wobbly carrots from other not so FRESH meal kit providers!

Tried Food bag to see if it’ll work for me as I am a busy person with some health issues. Found that out of 3 meals one is good and the rests are just soggy. I didn’t realise that it’s a continuous delivery; I must have missed the skip meal as I am away most of the time. Tried cancelling the sub but it’s way too difficult and hard to navigate the page on cancellation. And alas, all they can do is give me credit to use next time, forcing me to buy more food from them. All I wish is cancel that altogether and give my money back.

Absolutely shocking experience. Do not subscribe to this company, they are unethical bullies. Was browsing menu options for my daughter who has IBS, renewed an old subscription to do so. At no point did I provide payment details or confirm any order or meal choice, and exited the site without completing anything with the intention to relook in a couple of days. Received confirmation that order was on its way, immediately responded to not deliver and to please cancel. Then cancelled my subscription immediately. Received notification my payment details declined, sent another 2 emails to not deliver and to cancel. Now have received delivery and demand for payment. According to them I created 2 subscriptions 20 minutes apart (why would anyone do that). Am at my wits end, this crowd should not be allowed to operate.

After my accident, there was little I could do, so I ordered my food bag Ready Made. The are delious and full filling, with lots to choose from. I recommend them for busy people as well, as they are healthy

Already made a complaint relating to this. A reply to trustpilot doesnt result into a solution. Please attend to this. Please take a look at your website, method of payment and if the payment is declined etc - DONT deliver!
unethical business behaviour - unclear subscription/ chat support person didnt know what was included in the selection
I have ordered vegetarian only previously. I was trying to use them again and was looking for 1 person option, I was confused with the page and opened a chat support button. I tried to follow their advice and play around but the chat crash. I refreshed the page and the chat was gone so I left it at that. Next thing I know is receiving a delivery. I found it 3 days later at my place as I wasnt expecting it, informed them this was a mistake but they sent it to baycorp. I reached out to them again to inform that i had adviced them of what had occured but they are asking me to contact baycorp. My history shows I ordered vegetarian, my chat shows I ordered vegetarian or looking for that option, I emailed to advise them of the same but they say I have to pay .Unethical business behaviour!

Terrible customer service - I couldn't update my address after moving house between north and south island. They wouldn't cancel it, or even let me pay and issue a voucher. Seems absolutely crazy not be do this 6 days out from the order. Disappointed and won't be returning.

The food is good and deliveries are mostly on time, but the customer service is poor and the website design is atrocious. Before signing up, they can't tell you what food is available. And when you sign up they want your credit card details BEFORE they tell you how much it'll cost, and no point do they even mention WHEN you'll be charged for it. Of course all this information is available in the FAQs section, which is inaccessible unless their AI directs you to it to answer your question. You can choose your meals, which is great, but there's no reminders of WHEN you can choose your meals. And the idea of a box of random fruit is good, but can't order just one box. It comes EVERY week. You can of course edit your orders for future weeks to remove it, but that removes it from the week you ordered it so you have to physical wait a week and remember to edit your order. So frustrating.

Terrible customer service experience after signing up to a misleading promotion. We were subsequently unable to cancel the delivery and forced to pay full price, having not been given any warning that we were not eligible for the promotion until the order was locked in. Would never order from them again considering these terms and their right to remove promotions with no warning.

Can’t find fresh produce of this quality in regular retailers.
Portions are generous. Meal prep this way avoids wastage.
