Considered a course. Started an application, then left it with the intention of going back to it later.
Within 12 hours I'd been emailed, telephoned more than once and whatsapped. WAY too much, and no clear consent obtained before doing so.
I told them not to message me on whatsapp - so they messaged again.
Blocked.

I contacted my tutor by email one week ago about an issue and still seven days later I have heard nothing back considering I am enrolled on a customer service course not impressed

The course I completed was well organised and the RH staff where very helpful but I had some issues contacting and receiving responses to my queries from my tutor which caused me some distress, although I enjoyed my course ( understanding climate change) there are no other relative courses I can continue with !

Simple to start, easy to follow
I did principles of team leadership level 2, great course with ample time to complete each section. Easy to apply for and set up and the communication from the collage was just right.
