The attention to detail when I bought an extra pair of specs from Precision Optical was excellent. The bonus is that the staff are very pleasant and helpful.

Donna from Precision Optics visited my home today to return my glasses, lenses from my new prescription had been fitted. As always with this company service is excellent, Donna is very friendly and always helpful. Along with the glasses, I was given new cleaning cloths, lense cleaner, pen and my favourite bit a little chocolate! If you haven't tried them I would totally recommend.

I cannot express enough how helpful, friendly and easy going the Precision Optics staff are! You’re welcomed through the door on the way in and out of the building, nothing is too much trouble for them. Not only did my glasses get fixed but I also bought a new backup pair too, they already had my prescription and the lenses where changed straight away which enabled me to walk out with a new pair of glasses! You’re left to browse in your own time with nobody following you asking if you need help. The team go above and beyond in my opinion and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The price of my new glasses were so much cheaper than going to an optician’s too!

Stacey has the patience of Job and is great fun. Advised without any sense of just wanting to make a sale. Various payment options which are helpful to fit with personal budget. Great prices. All the staff at Precision never try to pressure you into spending more than you want to. They are friendly and professional and very good at what they do. Donna who does the home visits is especially helpful. I highly recommend them and never go anywhere else.

The service with this company is fantastic. Very personable. They allow plenty of time for you to choose your new glasses, which there is wide selection to suit all tastes. The glasses are ready in a very quick time frame and when you return to collect you receive a tray of goodies whilst they doing the fitting. First class service and set up. I personally spread my cost over 4 payments which is affordable to everyone.
