Luis is super professional, reliable and explains/ keeps you informed. Liked that he sent me What’s Apps video clips explaining what he was proposing to do.

I’ve dealt with Luis at MyHandyMen a few times now & I can’t fault the service, it’s fantastic. Really friendly & professional, always sends videos showing investigations & the work done.

Absolutely reliable/ prompt/friendly / caring/ professional etc etc. Luis helped to fix light fittings for my elderly dad in Leeds and he kept in text contact with me in Worthing from first contact to the completion of the job! Luis is on my contact list and I won’t hesitate to call in the future…. it’s amazing to find someone I can rely on when I live so far away !

Second time I've used My Handyman Services.
Communication throughout is excellent. You know you getting a professional service when the first thing Louis does is put on shoe covers. Arrives on time and does an amazing job.
He hung a full picture wall for me including 2 extremely heavy pictures and positioning was absolutely spot on.
I would have no hesitation recommending them and they would always be my first choice.

Definitely deserve 5 stars!! Found the whole process to be extremely easy, all dealt with by Luis through WhatsApp, very engaging with a personal touch, got a quote straight away and the lads came out to inspect the very next day and completed the job the same day to an excellent standard, will definitely use again and would recommend.

My full experience with myhandymen, skip to the bottom if you just want my “they’re awesome” comments.

I had found these guys on their website and the landline rang after two rings. (They also had a mobile number which was for WhatsApp only for those that don’t like to talk on the phone). The same day, I gave a clear outline of the job, was quoted a reasonable price, given some rough dates that week for the job to be completed. After confirming the job via messages we worked out a date and time. All of the team are DBS checked which is always something worth considering when letting anyone into your home, (I felt especially safe even though I was home alone at the time).

On the day of the job, Luis texted me via WhatsApp to remind me that he was coming today. Almost 30 mins before the time slot began he shared his location with me on WhatsApp. Now, I felt a teeny tiny little bit like a stalker, watching him drive towards my house every now and again as the minutes crept by. But it meant that: 1. I knew aware that he was on his way, 2. I could roughly guess his ETA so I could keep doing some household chores. 3. I had time to nip to the loo, pop on the kettle for a quick tea, AND get my dogs calmed down and in a secure location prior to his arrival (I have protective fluff balls).

When he arrived, he asked for the best places to work as he had to create a little mess, he used his shoe protectors in the house to keep my tile and carpets clean. He confirmed the tasks at hand and got to work swiftly. Just as he was about to start the tasks he was observant enough to notice some blemishes on a new replacement door that he was going to be hanging. He pointed them out prior to starting to ensure we both knew the condition of the door, that it wasn’t from him, and that I wished to continue with the damaged door.

After his meticulous work was finished, he asked me to check the job which was flawless. (I have OCD so when i say flawless, I mean FLAWLESS). Every part of my 7 year old “new build” he touched, looked and functioned better than when we got the keys 7 years ago! His attention to detail was amazing and even did a tiny job not on the list (the door hooks) for me as I had completely forgotten they were on the old door.

Once I confirmed I was happy with the work completed. He tidied up the work station (my driveway) and was on his merry way.

Luis was friendly, prompt, meticulous, professional, funny and very clean. I would not hesitate to use this company again. 10 star company without a doubt. Will be recommending to family and friends.

This is the second time I've used this company and thrilled with the results both times. This time was to put my Sky TV on the bedroom wall. I bought the wall mount but it didn't come with screws so this was added to job. Good price too. My cat Button enjoyed watching the process while intermittent snoozing in the bed. Cleaned up and even set my TV up for me. Lovely guy.Thank you

I have used My Handy Men Services previously for the same job of cutting back my hedge and the second time around the work was exceptional - completed to a high standard with all rubbish cleared away and at a really competitive price.

Another excellent job by Luis and his team. Quick, professional, responsive and reasonably priced. Definitely our go to team for any handyman jobs.

The 2 guys that did the job were honest about the possiblec outcome as it wasn't straightforward. They were amazing and extremely friendly with my elderly father absolutely making his day by dismantling and reassembling his much loved sofa. Thank u so much guys.
