NO SUELO ESCRIBIR RESEÑAS

So Far So Good
My item arrived discreetly packaged in a timely fashion. Start up was simple and instructions were easy to follow. It’s a little too early to say how the MYHIXEL and the program is working as it relates to reaching my end goal (I have had it for bout a week) but the app is informative. I actually learned a new technique I was not aware of that I am now trying to use. So far, so good!

Dear David,
Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion.
We are sorry to hear that this was your perception. After reviewing your purchase, we have noted that you purchased only the MYHIXEL II stimulation device.
It is important to note that the MYHIXEL device is designed to provide optimal results when combined with our therapy or external therapy, as demonstrated by scientific evidence (https://myhixel.com/es/pages/science-1).
As you were previously informed by our Customer Service team, the app's price is equivalent to that of the device, as both are essential for achieving the desired results. The MYHIXEL Control methodology combines both the therapy and the stimulation device—in your case, the MYHIXEL II. Therefore, the combined price of both products is higher than that of the device alone.
In addition, in several sections of our website we clarify that the device is an advanced tool designed to maximize the results of sex therapy. It is also specified that it can be combined with therapies to treat premature ejaculation or erectile dysfunction.
For more information, you can consult our website: https://myhixel.com/es/products/myhixel-2-device.
If you have further questions or need more information on how to get the most out of the product, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to help you.
Best regards,
MYHIXEL Team

I placed an order with accessories and lubricant. Everything arrived discreetly packed, as I was not at home, I asked to be dropped off at the neighbors. I am very satisfied with the purchase. I was attended by a girl and although at first I was not sure, she solved all my doubts. I’ve tried other training programs, but none compare to this one. The explanations are clear and simple, and you don’t feel like a robot while doing the exercises.

Initially, I had some doubts about how the device worked exactly, but the customer service team helped me without any issues, which is greatly appreciated. Although I am still in the early stages of use, I can say that the product is of high quality. In summary, a highly recommended product.

Tried it once and wasn't impressed
It wasn't what I thought. It's simply a tube with a sleeve. The tube has a vibrator inside that has one speed and can barely be felt.

Antwoord van MYHIXEL
Dear Troy,
Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We truly value your feedback and would like to offer some clarification about the MYHIXEL Control II that you've purchased.
It's important to understand that this product is not a conventional sex toy, but rather a method to control climax that includes an 8-week program in our app specifically designed to teach you to control the mechanisms involved in the ejaculatory process along with a specialized device designed as a training tool that emulates the sensation of real penetration. So the MYHIXEL Control II system consists of two key components: the physical device and access to our app, which together deliver an 8-week methodology aimed at addressing premature ejaculation.
We understand your initial impression, especially if you've only used the device once. The vibration you felt is intentionally subtle, as the device is engineered for training purposes rather than overstimulation.
To experience the full benefits, we strongly encourage you to engage with the complete program:
1. Follow the app-guided exercises consistently over the 8-week period.
2. Use the device as instructed within the context of each training session.
3. Maintain patience and commitment to the process – improvement often occurs gradually.
Many users find that their perception of the product shifts dramatically once they've invested time in the full methodology. The MYHIXEL Control II is designed to create lasting change through dedicated practice, which naturally takes more than a single use to achieve.
We would be grateful if you'd adapt your review after completing the program. Your experience and progress are important to us, and we're here to support you every step of the way.
If you have any questions, encounter difficulties, or simply want to discuss your progress, please don't hesitate to reach out to our dedicated customer service team at customerservice@myhixel.com. We're committed to helping you achieve your goals and would be happy to provide additional guidance or address any concerns you may have.
Thank you for choosing MYHIXEL. We look forward to being part of your journey towards improved sexual wellness and satisfaction.
Best regards,
The MYHIXEL Team
Antwoord van MYHIXEL
Hi Dan,
Thank you for your feedback.
We understand your concern regarding the device's fit. The MYHIXEL II device has the following dimensions: Height: 8.43 inches (214 mm) and Circumference: 7.5 inches (190 mm). While it is designed to fit most users, we recognize that comfort can vary from person to person.
If the device feels too tight, we recommend using a water-based lubricant to improve comfort.
Best regards,
The MYHIXEL Team
I bought it without expecting much
I bought it without expecting much, just to try it, and it turned out to be the best decision. Only those who deal with this kind of pressure know how important it is to find something that helps build confidence. When it arrived, I was really impressed by the design and quality—it didn't feel cheap like other brands I've tried. I also got the accessories as part of a promo deal, and the price was great. I've already recommended it to a friend.

I recently placed an order that included some accessories. The packaging and design are both very elegant, though the product is a bit larger than I expected. However, I imagine it might be possible to make it more compact in the future.
The sleeve has a moderate level of softness, which feels very pleasant to the touch. It wraps around gently, enhancing the overall experience and making the improvement noticeable.
As for the support accessory, I haven't had the chance to use it yet. From what I know, it’s designed for use in the final part of the exercises and seems to be made with high-quality materials.
