New windows for an old lady!
Being widowed in the past year, trying to navigate the things I need to do or the things that I want to do has been a challenge.
The home demonstration was very calming and reassuring. They even waited so my son and Daughter-in-law could come over and see part of the presentation of what I was looking to get.
The actual day of removing old windows and putting in new went so smoothly that it was hard to believe when it was done. All the materials and packaging were cleaned up before leaving.
The product is everything they promised. All windows open left or right and right to left easy to clean easy to open and close and screens on the full window.

Above Expectation
From start to finish the replacement of windows was handled exactly as instructed, meeting and surpassing my expectations. All staff from the date of agreement all time schedules were done on time in every instance from the order to complete installation. We team member was professional, courteous, and friendly. This was the worst experience
This was the worst experience! After agreeing to a 18k remodel, the contractor arrived a day late, then attempted to EXTORT me out of an additional 700.00 to do work I had already paid for.
With a total of 3 failed attempts to measure the glass correctly, I canceled the contract.
I am currently still without my main bedroom shower for 3.5 months.
I wouldn't allow these people to build me a DOGHOUSE!

The installers took an interest in the entire installation process. Very personable individuals. The work they performed was great and cleaning up afterwards was very important to us which they performed.

Not satisfied
The general construction went well. Didn’t have a door for 5 weeks, then it was installed and it leaks so I had to put up a shower curtain. I’ve been waiting for someone to show up to tell me what they are going to do and am told they are getting in touch with the installer. They have pictures and a video. They also filled the space between the walls and ceiling, which was also slightly damaged with caulk. Does not look very professional. If they can fix the issues, I think it will look very nice.

I love my new windows. Dannyn was wonderful to work with. He was professional, kind and very thorough. The installation process was amazing to watch. The installers were very also wonderful. My windows were installed on March 15, 2025.

Do not use this company
I have been trying to call you all morning without a call back. you put shower doors on my shower which are too small. the opening is only 11 inches. I need someone to come out and put new shower doors on so I can actually use my shower. No adult can get into the shower with a small door opening.

The technicians were very polite, efficient, and didn't leave even one screw behind.
The Crew showed up as scheduled and were very quick. Obviously, they were experts in their trade. Very polite and pleasant gentlemen. And now my home looks like it's brand new! This has been a good investment in the value of our property.

First the good news,the instillation was good,the windows are good quality.The company itself is a joke,I cannot believe the price they charge,way way way overpriced compared to others.They charged me 1800.00 for installers travel time.I could go on,lets just say DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.I feel like i have been taken,don't let it happen to you.

installed the 3 windows without a problem and sealed the windows.
They took their time to make sure that the install went well and was done properly.
they did wonderful job cleaning up.
