Only giving 1 star. There isn’t an option to give lower! This company has taken my money and won’t refund me. I’ve not had any work done and they keep promising me my refund. Avoid this company at all cost.

From first contact to installation the service was fabulous very friendly very knowledgeable staff and fitters. Quick service Ev charger surveying to fitting all with two days . Would definitely recommend using .

From the initial contact through to design and final installation, the entire process was seamless. I was kept fully informed at every stage, which made the whole experience feel smooth and stress free.
A big thank you to Mark, the kitchen fitter - professional, polite, and incredibly tidy throughout. The quality of the workmanship is excellent, and the finished kitchen looks fantastic.
The office team were also brilliant - always quick to respond and handled any questions efficiently.
If you’re considering upgrading your kitchen, I would highly recommend My Home Sheffield.

Great service from initial enquiry to final install. Friendly and prompt response, quick turn around and seamless install.

An excellent service that included initial discussions with Pete who explained the process and my alternatives in detail but without too much technical jargon; installation by Euan who arrived at the appointed time did a quick and clean job and gave a full explanation of the workings of my charger and finally with Mel in the accounts team who provided a simple online payment method. The price was very competitive too! Very satisfied.

Installation & service provided by the team was great throughout. Euan made the installation process smooth and swift considering how much cable he had to tag to the walls across the length of my house and garden perimeter 😆

5 star. Didn't have a clue about ev chargers but Pete really took the time to explain both the chargers and their function, and the process and installation. All in all first rate experience, will certainly use them again when the need arises. Knowledgeable friendly efficient

Amazing support from my first enquiry. Pete has helped me through every step and was always happy to answer my endless questions to make sure I got the right charger. Pete communicated direct with Northern Power Grid and this made things very swift.
Euan installed the charger and he was a delight. Euan was very professional and the installation was carried out to suit our needs and space.

Nice friendly informative chat with Pete. I was quoted and paid 50% deposit and charger fitted in no time at all. Engineer Euan was nice and friendly and did a nice neat job. Highly recommend this company 👌

Great communication and service from start to finish. Long story short but I had a quote for an ev charger installation from another company that was very expensive with high additional costs because they thought it was a “complex install”.
My home Sheffield quoted and understood it wasn’t complex at all. The price was far more reasonable. Installers Rob and Euan arrived on time, cracked on and had the charger installed and running in around 2 hours.

Everything, from the initial contact by Pete, to the installation by Rob and Euan was perfect!! I would highly recommend these guys if you’re looking to have an EV charger installed at your property. No mess, no fuss, just a quality job done in minimal time. Thanks a lot MyHomeSheffield!!
