Es un ENGAÑO. Te cobran 9,99€ por un producto que nunca te envían. A continuación, te pasan un cargo de 27€ porque dicen que has contratado una suscripción. Y te dicen que te los puedes gastar en su web. Cuando escribes a soporte con cualquier tema, siempre contestan diciendo que lamentan que quieras cancelar la suscripción pero que no te devuelven nada. Y unos días después, te mandan un correo diciendo que entienden tu problema, y que si escribes en trustpilot una reseña buena, cuando se la mandes publicada te reembolsan 27€.
Es TODO MENTIRA y un ENGAÑO.

Resuelto el asunto

Myidealden should be rated as No1 fraudsters in the whole world, they present an item for sale online and charged my card immediately with no payment confirmation, no registration confirmation and no where to trace my payment too, all effort to stop my payment from card proof abortive, the transaction page was linked to a different company and it was fonts and back,all my effort to reach out to them later, I was told that my £10 is just a registration fee, registration without email confirmation, no payment confirmation and nothing to show for the payment or having any deal with the company, cancel whatever registration and refund my money but I was surprise that their so called membership was cancelled immediately according to them but I was told my £10 is gone, the page actually directed me to pay for electric car jac but unfortunately, I was told the payment is for membership before item payment, and they keep sending payment to my card, different payment without Initial payment acknowledged.

PLEASE, BEWARE OF MYIDEALDEN ONLINE.
