Da die Mail im SpamOrdner gelandet ist habe ich sie aus versehen gelöscht im Nachhinein. Danach habe ich den Support angeschrieben aber da kommt gar nichts mehr von denen.

茶館でも「一年半待たせてる人も居る」と書いてあったので、待たされるのは覚悟した方が良さげ。

I never get the information I payed for. I just wanna knew if my phone is locked or unlocked and so I payed for it. Now they dont respond on my e-mails and just tell my that I allready get the information, which is not right.

Bem, o atendimento foi muito bom; responderam atidas as minhas perguntas depois que o prazo para o desbloqueio foi terminado. Mas como eu errei o pedido de compra, fazendo a compra por uma operadora errada, o desbloqueio não deu certo.

I placed an order for the $9 unlock thinking it was a great deal. I opened a ticket to get a status and the reply stated I was given a refund and that I needed to use the more expensive premium service. Seems like the $9 offer sucks people in only to try and charge them more money...scam!

Unfortunately not me right. It took about 15 days. The mistake was on my part. They answered all the emails. Thank you for your help.
