I appreciated the quick response and support getting all concerns dealt with
my order arrived with the wrong medication and the prescription showed it should have gone to a lady in BC not here in Alberta.
Frankly a bad mistake.
This has now been rectified and the customer service did a good job when they finally got on to it.

Juniper has been great. This is my second order. I’ve been on my meds for 5 weeks. I like the app there is an AI available for quick questions. Very helpful. I haven’t used it yet but there is a 1-800 number I can call any time if I have any questions. Good experience all around.

I was having trouble logging in to my account, it was fixed quickly and customer service since, has been very efficient.
Plenty of helpful advice, and check-ins. I've found the injection pen very easy and painless (and that's saying something for someone who hates needles).
I have not received my order and leave for vacation. Just to clarify the frustration was with Purolator not Juniper, they were unaware of the issue until I wrote this review but did a thorough follow up - as well contacted Purolator. I did receive the product in the final hour but tracked it down myself and picked it up on a weekend ! Appreciate Juniper follow up and very happy with their customer support, service and product.
