The product itself is very satisfying. It’s high-quality, a pleasure to use, and unique on the market. Unfortunately, I’ve only had it for a month, so I can’t comment on its durability.
I’m giving this item a rating of 2/5 because of the delivery experience, which turned out to be a disaster. I ordered the item on February 14, 2026, and was promised delivery within 8 to 14 days; as you can imagine, I waited a month and a half. I understand that international deliveries take longer than domestic ones, but if Mykeybrd makes a promise, they’d better keep it.

i bought the japan garden mousepad and in the web its says its coming but in the app its says it arrived 2h ago and my dad looked from where its coming its coming from china uanzhou General Warehouse-Operation Center and i thought its coming from netherlands so i think its a scam i will update this when smt happens

No reply via email or instagram. No tracking info.

I finally got the mousepad. But on the way there was a long unsecure period where I doubted i I was even going to get it. Very poor insight in delivery (different status showing in different places) I got the mail where I could rate my experience before I received the package, so I rated it low but then I see that my rating is removed. Tried to get in touch with them and they communicated in the beginning but disappeared mid conversation.

Like I said, I did receive the package and hopefully the mousepad is fine (cant open it because it’s supposed to be a Christmas gift. But imo, not worth the expensive shipping costs and anxious waiting without accurate updates on the parcel

They have been preparing my shipment for over 4 weeks. I have emailed them and no response, I had even sent them a message on instagram and nothing. They haven’t even sent me an email since they confirmed my order. I don’t think I will ever get my package and I will be refunding my money.
