As a long-term customer, we’ve always appreciated the great service we've received. Kirsty Dearne, in particular, has gone above and beyond to ensure the system truly works for our charity. She has met with me regularly, taken the time to understand our evolving needs, and worked closely with us to resolve any issues and tailor the system to fit (as best it can) the way we operate.

The customer service continues to be outstanding - responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely collaborative. It’s reassuring to know we have a partner who is committed to helping us succeed, not just at the start, but throughout our ongoing relationship.

Highly recommend to any organisation looking for an LMS system.

Good and informative

The courseware is well designed, it gives our carestaff the knowledge they need to deliver high quality care and it is regularly updated so we are confident that topics are relevant. Our care staff enjoy the courses and find them very interesting. Most can easily be completed on a mobile phone and on the occasioon we have had problems with this the support staff have resolved issues quickly.

My Learning Cloud is a great platform to ensure training compliance and the team at My Learning Cloud provide excellent customer service and support. Our team find the system intuitive and easy to use. The course content is engaging and thorough. From a management perspective, reporting is extremely easy too. Overall a great system which we have used across our Homes for over 5 years now.

We have been using My Learning Cloud for 6 months now and so far we have had a great experience. We needed to complete onboarding in a very short space of time due to an issue with leaving our previous provider but it went smoothly and we went live on time. Our learners have reported that the courses are a great improvement on what we previously had and the managers love the way that they can see, at a glance, what their staff need to do. There is a good range of reports and we are able to make changes to the system instantly - all of which has made us very happy. Changing to My Learning Cloud was the best decision we could have made and we would thoroughly recommend them.

I have always found MLC to be a user friendly system and easy to navigate and action anything. I am still learning the system in more depth, but I have to say that both Jane & Laurence on the support team are fantastic and always quick to investigate and provide assistance 😀

It has honestly been an amazing experience working with my learning cloud.
The communication and support is 100% i can't praise them enough.
They have changed the way I'm which our staff are learning, they have put back the life an excitement in learning new skills.
We change from the old platform of learning to the new updated platform known as Lumis.
The migration from old to new has been completely stress free, they have guided supported and organised what was initially a mess.

My Learning Cloud have been an essential partner in ensuring that Learning and Development runs smoothly. I have worked with them for nearly 5 years now and found both the platform and the Team fantastic. When I moved to Gold Care there was nothing like this in place and daily adminstration of Learning and Develpment was time consuming and not efficient. So I went to Steven and Alex and worked with them to set up MLC for us. Support from the Team has been wonderful and we are coming up to 2 years with this in place now and it is continually evolving with the links with Zoom and options for reporting from all angles and new courses being added regularly. During COVID having this in place has been an extra relief as we were able to continue to run all over training via elearning,webinars, adding videos, updated policies and guidance so everything was in one place. My Learning Cloud has revolutionised the way that we train and communicate with our staff. The eLearning modules are engaging and kept up to date. The ability to add our own policies, videos and workshops have enabled us to deliver our blended learning offering for all levels of staff across multiple sites. Great customer service. Worth every penny.

I use My Learning Cloud at work. It is intuitive, easy to follow and does exactly what you need. Great platform.

I am impressed with the continuous improvement that MLC makes and the monthly updates telling us about them. The integration of Zoom into the framework is a great addition too.
