We bought a Lodge from my leisure homes on a beautiful site good size plot as we walked in the lodge they was balloons banners a basket full of essentials a beautiful tasting cake flowers bottle of bubbly clean lodge they did exactly what they said they would do not pushy nothing is to much trouble for them brilliant service thank you from mr & mrs storr

I recently purchased a pre-owned holiday home from My Leisure Home. Both Toni and Shane were in contact throughout the process and continue to be.

A new cooker was installed at take over with a couple of teething issues sorted!

Do I recommend My Leisure Home? YES

I first met Shane from My Leisure Homes back in October 2024. There was no hard sell or pushy sales talk. It was "When you're ready, we are here" Fast forward to November 2025 and I moved into a beautiful preloved lodge on a stunning lakeside plot on a beautiful park just on the outskirts of Skegness. The My Leisure team could not do enough for you, from the welcome pack to messages and calls to check all was ok they have been there throughout the whole process. Had a few minor issues that have all been dealt with in a timely manner.
The whole team are professional, supportive and very friendly, I would highly recommend anyone looking for a holiday home to contact them. I have made two recommendations to friends and family who have since purchased from My Leisure.

Recently I have purchased a new caravan, Shane was brilliant from start to finish , he was very helpful, couldn’t do enough for you, Toni was amazing , kept me updated every week , they really are a great team of people , would highly recommend them to anyone that was looking for a caravan x

Recently purchased a second hand caravan from my leisure home.
On the day of handover Shane gave us a lovely welcoming gift to say thank you for the purchase on willow park Skegness.
Had a few problems with the
caravan.But after reporting the fault they were sorted straight away.

Been dealing with Shane from My Leisure Home via the telephone for approximately 6 weeks.
Made an appointment to view some sites and our preferred Love Oakland 3 bed Lodge and duly turned up yesterday at the office.
Shane, Toni & Charmaine were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Professional. Honest. Informative. Absolutely went above and beyond to help us, answering any questions we had etc.
We were taken to Virley House Country Park to view a corner plot with added lakeside view. To say we fell in love with it was an understatement. Absolutely PERFECT for what myself and my Wife wanted.
We were introduced to Kieran the site owner who runs a stunning park. Again couldn’t be more accommodating and helpful. Whilst on site we were introduced to lodge owners Ian & Jen who showed us around their lodge as it was the same make/model as we were interested in purchasing. Again what a lovely couple. Friendly. Helpful. With a great insight in to the park.
We duly purchased our Love Oakland Lodge and couldn’t be more happy and excited.
We are PROUD to say we are now part of the MY LEISURE HOME FAMILY!!

We can’t wait for delivery!

All in all Shane, Toni, Charmaine, Kieran, Ian & Jen along with the stunning location made our mind up, an EASY decision to move ahead with our purchase.

My wife & I purchased static caravan from My Leisure Home a couple of months back, van was to be delivered to Perthshire in Scotland from Skegness, all I can say is the whole process from start to finish was 1st Class, dealing directly with Toni & Jess who were both fantastic to deal with, we were kept informed with everything from initial viewing up to delivery of van & indeed after, van was delivered without incident and was absolutely spotless on arrival, we couldn't recommend My Leisure Home high enough to anyone in the market for a quality static caravan, and distance obviously not problem as My Leisure Home can deliver UK wide.

We have purchased Caravan Tourers, Narrowboat and Static caravans previously and had mixed experiences.

Purchasing our Lodge with My Leisure Home has to be one of the best experiences so far.

Shane, Jess and Toni have worked hard to make our Lifestyle change as smooth as possible.

They listened to what our wish list was and showed us a range of appropriate lodges.

We are thrilled with the choice we made which met all our initial expectations.

However MyLeisureHome didn't just leave us once we moved in, they wanted to make sure we were happy.

They dealt with a couple of minor issues we encountered and their staff resolved all issues in a timely manner to perfection

and also arranged the completion of all our additional requirements with the Croft Site owners Kieran and Kia.

We love our Willerby Clearwater lodge, the site and its community.

We would like to thank Shane, Jess and Toni for a job well done and appreciate their above and beyond efforts.

We had been thinking of buying a static for sometime now, one for our own personal use ,last year we went to a rural site just what we wanted peace and tranquility, got in touch with Shane and put a deposit on a plot .We told Shane the make and model
we would like and the rest is history he sourced us the perfect one for us nothing was too much trouble excellent service from start to finish thank you 😊

I was looking to buy a mobile home, I went on Youtube onto the MyLeisure channel and arranged an appointment, I visited and was shown around the site. The whole experience from start to finish was stress free, the staff are all friendly and helpful, no issues what so ever and I'd highly recommend them to anybody who is looking for a mobile home

Just bought our first static caravan and could not ask for better service.
Easy process, no hassle. This company go above and beyond such a refreshing change to deal with a professional company that actually care and are friendly and approachable. I would recommend them highly.

We found our buying a static caravan a fantastic experience we found all the staff go above and beyond with all our questions and always made us feel very important with lovely final touches left in our new caravan which was the icing on the cake all in all a great team who really care well done to you all

Nothing but praise for being helpful and honest nothing was to much trouble no pushy sales just let you make your own decision but was there for helpful advice

This is a young, company who, I was informed, won an award in Skegness last year for being the best new business in the area.
They are a nice bunch. Thats the first thing that I’ve liked about them. There is no hard-sell and they are open about what it is you are buying, with no hidden costs etc. I suspect they pitch their prices about right. And their vans all seem good quality units.
They also remember who you are. Ie. As an individual. They don’t seem so big that you as a customer, get lost in their business. They remember your name. Again, this is important to me.
Toni, in the office, is brilliant. She always gets back to me such that the sale of the holiday home I bought was seamless really. So easy. And any issues I’ve had with the van have been dealt with immediately. All they said would be done, was done. Eg deep-clean, jet-wash, etc. Finally, we were presented with a welcome pack when we got the keys. They all came round to the van with a box of goodies. Again, a nice touch.

They are just people who I relate to and can talk to on first name terms. Norman, Shane etc seem good young people. I’ve not met Steve but I imagine he’s similar.

I’d have no qualms buying from them again in the future if that eventuality ensues.

The whole experience from start to finish was professional, caring and not rushed. Shane showed me a park site that suited me very well and eventually I settled on a unit that provided everything I required and at an excellent price. There were a few snagging issues which My Leisure Home were aware of and attended to, together with one or two other issues I discovered. The paperwork was handled by Toni, the Office Manager, who answered any queries I had, with a cheery disposition and speedy response times. Altogether, a pleasant way of purchasing and concluding a sale.

I have completed business with this company and the communication is excellent they are supportive throughout the whole process from selling to siting the static, statics are great quality clean throughout , customer service outstanding. Thank you Craig
