I have applied on the 18th
I have applied on the 18th, debicheck mandate was approved even the contract shows that the money was paid on the 18th but has not reflected on my bank Account. Yesterday 20/04/2026 was told the funds are with my bank. The bank says there are no funds hanging on their side. I have contacted the service provider again they said they will check with their finance department what went wrong. They never returned to me and I called again after 3 hours and was told it should reflect by today afternoon. Now it's in the evening still nothing. And you will be deducting the whole amount including interest on the 27th whereas I haven't received the money. If it was declined it was going to be another story but it is approached and shows paid but nothing on my account. It is really frustrating
