If you can’t accept a honest reply to a question (not even criticism) without responding in such a sarcastic way and making a point of throwing our fee back at us, then you’ve got some growing up to do.
This guy, “the gaffer’ has even sent a similarly sarcastic reply to my PayPal account. What a baby when things don’t go his way.

Hello Nigel, obviously dissapointing to read your review, but it looks we weren't the right place for you to advertise. You listed with us on 4 July, which was moderated and went live on the 5 July, then a few days later you left us this review.
Your business listing is a long-term thing, you have a Lifetime listing, which you have invested £38 in, meaning you keep it for as many years as you want without paying anything else. This will help generate some digital exposure via Google, can help boost your reputation if you have some reviews on your page, and hopefully you will get occasional leads as well.
But it looks like you are after instant results, so I would recommend you explore using something like Google Adwords. Although it's a continual and ongoing investment, it does give you instant marketing, can generate very quick results and can be very cost effective.
