The plumber was very good, & got the job done, only problem, I DONT HAVE A SMART PH,so there was a problem paying him, i had to send a cheque, which was OK, but because i couldnt pay him, from my ph to his, as i said I DONT HAVE A SMART PH, i was getting emails asking me to pay up!!!, any way he got my cheque last Fri, so all OK {i hope}

I am very happy with the finished job.The prep work done to ensure a smooth finish was done to a very high standard.Job completed & very happy

I asked for an electrician, within a day or 2 I was contacted by a few. The quotes were reasonable, so I accepted a quote from CJM Electrical who done the job within the time I needed it done by.

Very pleased with the contractors that applied, so had a difficult decision to make.

I found Gary of Gillen joinery, Cookstown on my local toolbox.I needed a wardrobe assembled. I had just about given up as this is a small job and Gary came to the rescue. MLT did what it said on the box, provided me with contact from companies that would do the job and then I chose which company would do the job.

I put a small enquiry out for some Landscaping works and got 3 responses very quickly, from local contractors, all of which were happy to visit site quickly and start discussing our vision with us, very pleased so far.

Very acceptabley handled and job done the following day by competent tradesmen. (The first to reply.)
My only grievance was that one of the other applicants phoned and rudely complained that I had not responded to his reply.
As there were so many replying I felt you would have a system in place for covering this.
