fast transport; good communication, competing price

Charged £100 for a Heathrow to west London transfer - driver turned up late, did not provide the meet and greet serve paid for (had to take a bus tot he long term car par rather than being met in the arrivals hall - not great with two young kids and a lot of luggage after a long haul flight), with the wrong car and no child seats. Could not get through to customer service on arrival. Was not informed of the new pick up location. They now refuse to engage for refund of three services that were not provided. Terrible company, absolutely avoid - just use Uber, it would have been 1/2 the cost and twice as reliable.

Paid for a meet and greet, an MPV, and two child seats. Got none of it.

The driver was late, there was no meet and greet (we had to drag two young children, luggage and a pushchair onto a shuttle bus), a standard car turned up instead of the MPV, and despite confirming three times, only one child seat was provided. When the car did not turn up, I couldn’t get through to the support line as the line was dead.

When I complained, the company offered a 7% discount on a future booking instead of refunding the services they failed to deliver.

I rarely leave 1-star reviews, but people deserve to know what they're risking.

On 24 June 2026, I prepaid for an airport transfer for my family. Hours before they landed, I proactively contacted My London Transfers to confirm everything was in place. They reassured me they were tracking the flight and that the pickup had been arranged.

It hadn't.

Instead, we were given incorrect driver details, then told to make our way from Heathrow Terminal 4 to the Park & Ride. After arriving there, we waited... and waited... only to be given another driver's details. That second driver also told us he knew nothing about our booking.

By this point, my family—including elderly relatives and young children—had already spent almost an hour stranded in 34°C heat, while I repeatedly chased the company for answers. Nearly three hours after the flight had landed, we were still waiting for an Uber because My London Transfers had never managed to arrange a driver.

What makes this particularly alarming is that I live in London, speak fluent English, and was physically at Heathrow coordinating everything myself. If my family had been travelling alone from overseas, relying solely on the company's pickup instructions, I genuinely don't know how they would have managed.

Even more misleading is that their booking form asks what name you would like displayed on the driver's arrival sign, giving customers every reason to believe someone will be waiting in Arrivals. In reality, no one was there.

Despite failing to provide any transport whatsoever, the company refused to issue a refund and simply dismissed the complaint.

I also encourage people to look closely at the profiles behind many of the 5-star reviews. A surprisingly large number appear to come from accounts with very little genuine review history, which naturally raises questions about how representative the rating really is.

This wasn't a late pickup. This wasn't a misunderstanding. We paid for an airport transfer, no driver was ever provided, and the company kept the money.

I made a booking that later I cancelled it and I asked for refund, they said we are processing. Two weeks now and still haven't received anything. I send multiple e-mails and no one replied. I called them on Saturday and they said we will refund by EOD, nothing happened. I called them today they said the same, again nothing happened, I sent another 2 e-mails and still waiting...
If they are unreliable to provide refund, they will probably be unreliable to send the driver and keep the money. I will book next trips with another company, even if it is more expensive for peace of mind

Clear communication via WhatsApp on ride details. My driver, Mr Asad, arrived 30 minutes ahead of the scheduled time. Given the evening traffic, timing was perfect and he got me to Heathrow Airport in good time. Journey was smooth. Would definitely recommend!
