I need to withdraw the bad review below. An Post messed up and issued an incorrect claim. This is appalling and caused an unnecessary bad review for Mymemory for which I apologise.
My incorrect bad review was:
Just got a bill from An Post for VAT and handling. Mymemory specifically state on their site that no other charges will acrue. False advertising misleading the online customer - I will complain to Paypal on this and hope for some action.

Lost €50 due to a small error in my address which they wouldn’t do anything about. Very hard to contact

UK site watch out for extremely long delivery and charges for your order for Irish customers

I was going to order a large-capacity USB memory stick. It was easy to get through the 'ordering' stage, however...

...Just before placing my order, the site quoted between 9 and just under 14 working-days' delivery time!

Bearing in mind, this site carries a '.ie' URL, this elongated delivery time is completely unacceptable!

I cancelled my order and won't use the site again.

PS: having checked the 'Delivery' section of the Website, I am even less impressed!

The twenty-four hour despatch time doesn't apply to Irish or 'International' orders. These countries' customers have to wait between 9-15 'working' days!

What an incredibly misleading site that, at first glance, appears based in Ireland. Very frustrating, indeed.

I would report this company to the Irish Consumers' Association, but I'm sure it'd be a waste of time.

So, if you live in ROI, be warned: you will face an absurd and protracted delivery-time.

Easy to order. Very quick delivery. The charger is excellent.

I ordered a product one month ago. I still waiting for the product. The company doesn't want to give me a refund. The shipping doesn't have track number. And the costumer service is terrible. They only say "wait, it will be shortly there" no solutions. Don't waste your money and time in this scammers.

Item took about 13 working days to arrive as expected by looking at other reviews so I took the gamble.
Product quality is immaculate for a refurbished Google Nest Mini. Cannot fault them one bit, I'll 100% order again soon. I'm certain the products come from abroad so with that in mind I would advise everyone to be patient and not expect a delivery from within Ireland.

I was concerned about my order when I saw all those reviews about scam or delay with delivery. But well after exactly 15 days or 2 weeks I've received my 2 orders. And I will order again from them. I

Everything was perfect thanks - only a small issue delivery was slow.

I ordered a memory card reader from Mymemory – and in a few days i found it in my maibox – just like I expected (and just like before).

Still waiting for order to be delivered nearly a month. If you live in ireland don't order from them as they are not a irish company they are a UK company. I was then told 9 to 15 days delivery but hang on there working days and don't include holidays pure joke.

Delivery to Ireland taking unusually long and currently this is one month from the date of order and this is unacceptable. A more rapid delivery system must be in place.

Very bad. I ordered from their irish website in believing that they are Irish company to avoid delay in delivery to relize after the order been place that this is in fact Jersey Island based company. Ordered 25.3 ssd by 8.4 order still not received and on top of it I cant track the parcel as it was send by normal post I quess. So Irish customers be aware that the delivery times from their Switzerland warehouse to Ireland from mymemory.ie are estimated between 9-15 working days.What a joke!

Update:Got replay that they do not refund after 15 working days as they will wait 28 days before they consider the parcel lost!! So I believe that the EU customers protection( you can cancel order withing 14 days of purchase) doesnt apply here!!

I have never felt the need to write a bad review ever before but I feel the need to do so now.

Firstly, I feel its false advertising to have a .IE domain name if they do not have any locations in ireland.

I have been waiting 3 weeks for my items and still nothing, when I contacted them today I was told wait longer...... my items have been dispatched from the Netherland where their warehouse is located and delivery takes time.

9-15 working days delivery is a joke IMO. And being told to wait longer, they are not a big company is not a good enough response.

Great Selection of items and at very good prices.
Bought two of the same item on a discount price.
Delivery took a little longer than expected, but Brexit I think is causing issues.
No custom charge asked for on delivery, which I was relieved about, and to be honest I would have been unhappy if had to pay extra on delivery.

Very bad service. Delivery took more than 3 weeks and I was sent a wrong product. And then asked me to send the product back and said they will send correct product after receiving the wrong one which is total 6 weeks again. Later same day said my ordered item is out of stock. So done with them. Never again ordering with them.

I have ordered a pair of headphones from Mymemory.ie website. 20 days later I still have not received them. I have emailed My memory.ie customer service and 3 days later still no reply.

I believe My memory.ie are falsely advertising by implying they are based in Ireland. I wanted to support an Irish based company-hence I bought the product from their website. Additionally, I chose an Irish company because I needed my headphones urgently. So I thought they will be delivered within 2-3 days. Only after I bought them and received the receipt did I realise that the company is based in UK as it states to allow 10-15 working days for delivery to Ireland and the rest of the world.

I understand that Brexit has caused delays, but I find it incredible that delivery worldwide and to Ireland (which is only across the pond?) takes the same length of time!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the fake advertisement that claims they are based in Ireland. I believe this is actually unlawful according to European Union Law.

I would urge everyone to stay away from this website.

Have to think twice before ordering again
