I bought a One Piece action figure and it was horrendous, terribly made, poor quality, definitely not as pictured from the website I bought from. It's a total scam, I've been trying to reach them for a month now and they never, not even once replied, don't buy from here because you'll just waste your money.

An absolute scam site
I ordered three One Piece figures and received absolutely disgusting fakes. They are poorly made and arrived already broken.
When I contacted them, they did not respond at all.
I have to fight for my refund and am very angry.
I would advise anyone not to order from there.

They failed to make sure my package was sent to the address I provided, ignored for weeks when I asked for follow up information, said they would give me a refund, then when I asked why i haven't gotten it yet, I have been ignored again. They don't reply to your e-mails, when you tell them about not working with an specific shipping company, they do it anyway and essentially just ghost you. this site is an scam and you should never buy from them, the experience is horrible.

This site is scam please do not order anything. I've tired reporting it but I got ignored.
I ordered a blanket in November the scammers will keep ignoring you they won't respond to any communication. I haven't received my refund why because it's a scam! Please don't do it! The reviews on their website are fake reviews.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the situation I have been experiencing since January 7th, the date on which I placed an order that, to this day, has still not arrived. Over the past few months, I have contacted you multiple times, hoping for an explanation or solution, but I have been completely ignored. This lack of response demonstrates a total lack of professionalism and customer service. To make matters worse, I lost 80 euros on a purchase that, at this point, I consider a scam. Not only have I not received the product, but I have also not received any type of refund, update, or apology.

I ordered a t-shirt, which came in a dropshipping like package - the shirt had a massive color misprint on it. I wrote them an email about the mispring and wanted a new one or a refund - they ask me to provide a picture for their "refund departement", which i did. After that no reply at all for more than a month now.

Got a figure for christmas, it was all messed up in the box (sideways, taped etc. As if someone send it back and they did not check how it was packaged). According to Mynakama this was because of customs.

The stand did not have any pins so the figure cannot stand up on its own. When I send them an email it took 2 weeks to get a reply saying the figure was supposed to stand up on its own and the base plate was not supposed to have any pins (kinda weird imo).

Emailed them back with a video that the figure cannot stand up on its own and never got a reply back…

Now I have a figure that can’t stand up and no chance to return it or get a refund. Very disappointed, will not order here again.

Put a review in for the item and checked other reviews of the item on the site. They only show the 4 and 5 star reviews.

I ordered a statue from Mynakama during Black Friday in November as a Christmas gift. It took some time to arrive, and unfortunately, when it did, it was damaged. I initially had some trouble reaching out, which was frustrating, but once I got in touch, their customer service was excellent. They promptly apologized for the situation and quickly sent me a replacement statue as a refund. Everything was handled efficiently and with great care. I'm very satisfied with their service and will definitely shop with them again!

Action figure pagata 90€ nonostante la bassissima qualità, è arrivata in 2 settimane con la scatola completamente distrutta (nonostante avessi pagato anche la protezione aggiuntiva del pacco), con due pezzi mancanti. L’azienda è completamente sparita al momento in cui ho fatto reclamo richiedendo la restituzione dell’importo. Esperienza pessima non consiglio assolutamente.

Più di un mese per ricevere la merce nonostante abbia pagato anche la spedizione rapida.

I order some stuff from nakama and when arrived was the wrong order. I try to speak to someone by email and Instagram and no answer.

Parcel came damaged, packaging was extremely poor, tried to get a refund or replacement due to the statue being damaged, radio silence for over a week now.

What I ordered was a full price one peice statue of doflamingo a d what I got was a poorly made knock off

On December I bought 2 presents for my boyfriend. For what I bought is expensive and the quality is very low.
From December I contacted the support and they told me to send some pictures and send the item back . I did,but now answer at all, and no refund back .
So bad.. very disappointing.

Ok so firstly I bought an item on sale at a decent price, payment and shipping with tracking all good.

Once it arrived though it was inside a bag covering basically a home made box covering and incredibly poorly packaged, as a retail operator myself it made me sad looking at it, this caused the inside boxes to be partially crushed.

In addition to this the actual product boxes were covered in tape, like not a small amount covered (a collectors worst nightmare!) Not to mention the sticker they stuck on one of the items that will not peel off without damaging the box.

In assembly, luckily given how poorly packed nothing is damaged, however I am i unsure if the product is genuine due to a few notes, there is no licensing sticker which is usually present with any official Banpresto product, the products also do not properly fit into their clips (hot water and glue needed to he used) in addition to the flames and darkness of the product not properly alighting as they should, this may be a poorly produced product that is genuine, but I sincerely doubt that given the quality.

Honestly if you are a serious collector I would steer clear, as this was quite unpleasant and the price not cheap enough to justify such a poorly packed item, the experience has made me not want to purchase from this store again.
