I didnt receive my order and requested a refund but no one replied

They are good quality. But when it comes to washing they aren't good - they are gone after 3 times washing!

Unfortunately, it came off very easily from every surface I applied it to. I wasn’t happy with the quality at all. I also didn’t like the design, and the colors were not what I expected. Overall, I’m quite disappointed with the product.

I never received the product. They claimed the shipment arrived- coincidentally on the very day I emailed to say it was significantly delayed, yet even after promising a refund, they never actually returned my money. In short.. no money and no product. Watch out for them!

Great and fast service

It's been over a month, I received one part of my order few days ago. The second part which was the tags for clothes was never received and no one got back to my emails till now

thought the order included a mix of clothing labels and labels for other items. However, I only received clothing labels, and I was only able to use 4 of them. This doesn’t make sense considering the price I paid, which I find quite expensive for what I received.

Deliver time was very long like always

Range of sticker designs, ease of purchasing and quick delivery

As a mum to a 9 year old boy I need lots of labels. Often quite quickly and I can not praise this company enough. The labels are brilliant. No ironing required! They stick on clothes and hard items and stay stuck! The designs are awsome. I have tried other stickers as sometimes parting with £15 for name labels seems a lot but I have always come back to this company and won’t use any others now. The others have to be ironed on and even then have come off. The designs are also quite young whereas these suit any age as the choice is so vast. I desperately needed 56 labels within 2 days having run out before a school trip! Pippa got this sorted and within less that 48 hours using the express shipping they were in my hands! Honestly excellent! Very happy customer! Thankyou!

كانت تجربه سيئه هذه المره تاخر الطرد لمده تقارب الشهر من تاريخ الطلب ليس بالعادة اضافه لعدم توصيل الطرد للمنزل ووضع علي نقطه بريد اضافه الي الزامي بدفع رسوم عند الاستلام وهذا ليس من عاداتكم خيبه امل

Great quality, ordering not for the 1st time. My daughter just loves her tags!

I have used mynametags for the past eight years since my eldest started Preschool and I can honestly say the quality, longevity and the fact that 52 sticker sheet lasts ages is a real bonus. Yes, they are slightly more expensive than some of the others that you can find on Google, but it’s well worth paying for high-quality, a family run business and to be honest the postage is rapid and I cannot them fought them. Keep up the amazing work, thanks for the recent order for both of my boys.
