I previously discovered Myndful Mushrooms through a talk at an event.
The talk was fabulous and really informative about mushrooms. From the talk you could see how passionate they are about the products they sell, but more so how mushrooms have such health benefits.
When I got home I contacted them directly about which products to buy to help me with concerns about my health.
I felt really informed about the different variants of mushrooms and the best products to benefit me.
When they arrived they come in a pyramid box , fabulous idea so the products are very secure and lots of information on there other mushroom products.
I have been taking them for three days, they are liquid form and I take 3 drops in water.
So, I will have to see how it goes…

Mindful Mushrooms is a great company. Their lions mane supplement is the only product that ive found gives any relief for menopause brain fog, it's an absolute life saver!

I needed something to both help me sleep and give relief to my aching joints. I was using a lot of painkillers just to get a nights sleep.
Saw this product in my local farm shop and looked it up online.
After over a months trial I have paid into their subscription service. I take a dose just before going to bed and sleep really well. I do wake up sometimes with aches and pains, but seem to be able to go straight back to sleep. During the day my joints seem easier. Getting a good night sleep really helps your general wellbeing and I feel generally better for taking this supplement.

I love this company their ethics are great, they are local and UK based. The products really work I shifted to them from a bigger brand when I met the lovely people who run this business and there enthusiasm and love for what they are doing is infectious, they are generous with their knowledge and happy to help with anything mushrooms. I use the Lions tail the most for menopause brain fog and every time I need brain power works really quick, I have even started gifting it to clients and friends. I can not recommend this company more.
