Great product for my 14 year old pug. He was having accidents in our room almost daily because of his old age. He never used the disposable pads right. The plastic made his back legs slip, so he’d panic, run off, and pee right over the edges onto our rug. This fabric pad has been a complete lifesaver for us. The soft fabric gives him solid traction so he never slides. Now he actually pees directly in the center almost every single time. It washes great and doesn’t stink like the old ones.

Super easy, product works as described. My chihuahua is a bit older and has accidents but has been really good at welcoming this as the designated bathroom spot. Controls oder as well which is such a plus. Would be cool if they let me customize it :)

I bought the pup pad for my dog who was having issues with peeing in the house, and it has been a huge game changer ever since then. Definitely recommend for pet owners who are experiencing similar issues.

I purchased puppy pads for a one time purchase. I noticed that ever since then they (Nova Paw) apparently fraudulently enrolled me in some kind of VIP membership. Fraudulently! $60 a month for 6 months.

The product arrived quickly and as described. Definitely higher quality than my old pads -- and way less messes!!

These helped me train my puppy so much faster than the disposable pads I used to use. My dog was way more comfortable going on this since its a so much softer material and has the pheromone smell built in. I put the disposable pad ontop of this one when i first got it and after about a week my pup was peeing on the correct spot and not the side of the pad or on the floor. I ended up buying 3 more so i can have each room handled in case of an accident. Worked like a gem! Definitely would recommend if your dog keeps missing the pad or having accidents inside.

If I could do ZERO stars I would. This is a scam. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. Nova Paws/Nova Pads…whatever their real name is. They trick you into extra purchases at checkout. I just wanted a pee pad. I somehow ended up with 5 bottles of a spray I didn’t want. I tried to cancel and the guy offered to reduce it to 1 bottle. I said fine. However, I see the shipping notification and it’s 5 bottles. I contact them again and he says sorry and offers an 80% discount on the sprays. Fine, I accept. The items all arrive in the mail and it’s not even the correct spray. It’s a calming spray that is just freaking lavender scented liquid. They originally had those 5 bottles priced at over $70. They are tiny bottles. INSANE. The pee pad was $50. Also INSANE. But someone recommended it so I thought it must work. LIES. My dog hasn’t used it a single time. BUT WAIT THERE’S MORE! A couple weeks pass and I get notification I’ve been charged $59.99 from the company. Excuse me? I contact them again. I proceed to call my bank to have my card deactivated so this doesn’t continue. I wake up this morning and the company responded to my email about the charge saying it was a monthly membership for the VIP discount I received at the initial purchase along with having first access to promotions they run. Umm…what?? What discount? The pad was 50 freaking dollars. I didn’t sign up for that and that is literally the worst monthly membership known to man. Who in their right mind would say, “Yeah that sounds like a great deal! Sign me up for just losing $60 a month!” Right…
Anyways, don’t ever buy from these scum bag scammers.
