I’ve tried a couple of other pumpkin seed oils before and didn’t really stick with them, but this one feels different. Shipping was quick and the bottle came sealed properly. Too early to say full results but I do see small baby hairs coming in.

The package arrived on time as…

The package arrived on time as indicated. One however needs to be patient as shipping takes a while. I support the great consideration to the environment by using less packaging material however, maybe in future, when you pack the 180 gels in one packet you may consider using a slightly bigger package to prevent squashing the pills in a tight package. They end up sticking together.

I ordered this product and it was never received

I ordered this product and it’s been over a month and I still haven’t received. I have reached out several times and have been told it’s on the way. I have asked numerous times to please refund my money as I really don’t believe I will ever receive it. They are only offering to refund 15%. Totally unacceptable!

Lost package and can't get a response from the company

I have waited three weeks for my package to be delivered, and now that it says it has been delivered to my address it is nowhere to be found, I've asked all my neighbors if they might have gotten it, but nobody has. I even went down to my post office and they said that was not a tracking number they would use because it has letters in it. This company has always gotten back to me before, but now today I have sent about 20 messages , even went as far to call six different numbers to get ahold of them. All of them were shut off except one, which I left a message twice and have not heard any responses to the emails or the phone message. I am very disappointed and I am not happy with their service at all

Took a long time to arrive,been using…

Took a long time to arrive,been using it for about 3 weeks and my hair seems to have stopped falling out as much still some coming out when I brush it, but hopefully this will solve the problem

I've been taking this product for about 6 months now. My hair is shedding much less now and actually seems thicker. I've gotten many compliments on how good it looks. I'm so happy I found this product before my hair loss became a real issue. Will be reordering!

**Beware – “Buy One Get Two Free” turned into an expensive unwanted subscription**

I ordered the soft gels on 14 January 2026 under their “buy one get two free” offer. It was clearly presented as a one-time purchase with no mention of any subscription or recurring charges. The order screenshot confirms this.

Since then, they have been sending me monthly shipments and charging my card £31 each month without my consent. So far I’ve been charged £93 total, including £62 for two months I never agreed to.

This is a classic sneaky subscription trap. They rely on customers not noticing the small print (or lack of it). I had to contact them to stop the charges and request a refund.

**Strong warning to everyone:** Do NOT order from this company if you want a simple one-time purchase. Always double-check your order confirmation for hidden subscriptions. Save your screenshots!

Very disappointed – they lost my trust completely.

I read on a group I follow on FB that this helps if you are losing your hair due to GLP usage. Not sure how it is doing with my hair as of yet but I can tell you for the first time in a long time I actually have long healthy nails! I am hoping in 2 months I will feel the difference in my hair!

Love this stuff

Love this stuff! I was diagnosed with PCOS a long time ago because I have facial hair growth as well as some thinning/balding on top of my head. Ive been told by doctors "its normal" and "not much you can do about it", so I did my own research and got it in my head that I need to try to block DHT and it will help my problems. After about 2 months of religiously taking these every day, I am noticing some new baby hairs sticking up on my head and Im having to pluck my chin less. Its not a magical fixer for everything, but it is helping.

**updated, customer services have contacted me on the back of this review (below) and clarified that 180 capsules is what I would receive in this offer (small print) - this is what i received so I'm now happy.
Review now gone from 2 to 4 stars as not sure if they work yet.

I can't yet comment on whether these work yet as I only received them a week ago. I bought them on the Buy 1 get 2 free offer and I've only received 1, not sure if that's a genuine error or a scam move. I only ordered them because of the offer, I have tried contacting the company to request they send my whole order but no response.

I would give this company a wide berth

I would give this company a wide berth. Took many weeks and a lot of emails to get the goods delivered.

They have finally arrived and I am disgusted to see that the goods are actually from China and not Australia as advertised. I wouldn’t have considered ordering them in the first place if I’d known they were coming from China.
God knows what is in them.

So do not order from this company.

They are now saying to get my money back I have to send the product back at my expense. However to Australia and it’s going to be £19.00.

So I wait 5 weeks. I’m lied to when I query with them where it’s from. They say Australia and it’s actually China. The package is unsealed and even from Australia it’s unsafe unsealed.

After recent brain surgery to remove a brain tumour. Hair shaved off half my hair on the left side of my head. Coming back as fluff not hair. I felt a bit of hope when reading about this company and their claims of how this will help.

I can massively do without all of this stress, having to learn to walk and talk again.

I am so very upset about it all.
