Extremely easy to use very smooth website very convenient to weigh of paying you. Are security deposits while leaving some in your pocket for moving expenses.

I genuinely love Obligo. Moving made so easy. Before you apply just make sure you do have the amount of your deposit in your account in order for them to verify that you could handle the deposit on your own. After it is verified you will only have to pay maybe a $200 for their services. This is the best company to help you save money.

This process was very easy and fast. Moving is so expensive. This program removed some of the financial stress from my move.

I had never heard of this company but it was very helpful. I was able to move in without paying a full deposit and now I can pay for moving services since we’re moving from another state. Very convenient and helpful. Would definitely use this company again and again.

What a great service to give me peace of mind that I'll be able to comfortably move into my new rental. Fee was worth it!

I never knew this was even possible. I'm moving in deposit free and couldn't be happier! It's 2 weeks before Thanksgiving and the government has shutdown, paying the deposit would have made my Holidays a bit slim. The management company mentioned this new program to help. I filled out the application and within minutes, I was approved. All that I had to pay was a 10% fee and scheduled to move in next month. Thanks Obligo!

Trash. I was eligible to pay 10% of my deposit but the service continued to error indicating that “the option wasn’t available yet”. When reaching out to support they stated because I did not have the full deposit amount in the connected account (not the 10%, the full deposit) that I was not eligible for the service? Why not just spell that prerequisite out when going to submit. It’s dumb to assume I keep all my money in a bank account that doesn’t accumulate APY. You told me it’d be $50 so the account has $50. If it’s actually checking for $500 just say that- don’t expect people to just know these “systematic limitations”. Or just don’t offer the service to begin with if you don’t even know how it works. Just absolutely idiotic concept that was nothing but a waste of my time and energy

Their support is some of the worst I have ever experienced on an online service. Their response time through the chat is horrific. There is no way to contact them other than the chat and email. I have yet to have received any response on how to change the credit card I wanted to use for my security deposit.

It made all the security deposit steps care-free: I didn't feel the pressure of getting my money back, and paying your landlord (if necessary) is a couple button clicks; no checks!
