This company is so reputable. I placed my first order and asked to cancel it because my friend had ordered them also and they did that with ease. No problems at all. When my friend let me know she received the wrong products I immediately re contacted this company and they put a new order in for me automatically I didn't even have to reorder and I received the package early!
It was exactly what I wanted.

Perturbed with myotcstore.com They STILL continue to advertise the product i ordered, yet never shipped mine or ever attempted to. I ordered last week of November 2024. Waited patiently & still had not received it by January 4, 2025. Never received any updates, or any communication. Emailed them to INQUIRE when I may expect to receive my order or when it would be shipped. Email received with no explanation, only notification a refund was sent. (Most likely only because I used PayPal as the method of payment). Unable to obtain discounts from other companies offered during Black Friday/Cyber Monday or any of the holiday offers for the same product now because I trusted my order would be shipped & was simply taking longer. LOST that, plus the so-called points earned, the FAKE $5.00 off your next order (that obviously would never use) since unable to trust them, they are unable to send an order out in a reasonable time-frame, respond, or offer any type of customer service. myotcstore customer service is a SICK, DIRTY JOKE! Lousy at best. An Unresponsive & IRRESPONSIBLE company. Unable to recommend ordering with myotcstore.com.

I’m very disappointed,this is the second time I ordered and it was wrong again I’m been trying to calling the number on the package slip and each time I call that number the recording tell me try later very frustrating

So far I have been able to find what I'm looking for.
Delivery has been timely and all products were good. The only thing I would suggest is lowering or eliminating the shipping charge. It makes a difference in the pricing per item when added in.
