I was having an issue with my computer
I was having an issue with my computer, especially the email. I ended up purchasing the MyPC Utilities software and was initially assisted by technician Robert. i had extensive issues with my computer and was transferred to John an Advance technician who cleaned up my computer and resolved my issues. Great Help and Lots of Patience
I am older and not very computer literate. The original technician helped with the basics and the Advanced Technician Benjamin cleaned and updated all of my system. Spent time explaining, made suggestions of loading more data on system and showed me how to run my own scans and how to get technical advice easily if run into problems.

Sending scans through email
I had been having problems attaching my scans to be sent through email on my PC. My PC Utilities tech analyzed my problem - I had my email configured incorrectly through a mail app. They set everything up in Outlook and now it works perfect! I highly recommend them!

program quit responding and interacting with other programs. MyPC Utilities cleaned up my computer, made sure all updates had been installed, worked with me to find the problem with my program, and they fixed it. I had been working for days to do it myself including uninstalling and reinstalling the program, rebooting, etc. Just thankful to have my computer working properly again, and it seems faster and more responsive.

I had an error on my email, and I contacted MyPcUtilities online and they done a lot of research and fixed my problems in minimal time. The technicians were amazing and made sure that I understood what and why they were doing what needed to be done. I recommend this service to everyone. I feel that it is very fair priced as well.

Totally Worth It "IT" support
I got this to fix an error code and ended up being so happy to get advanced support for a little more - totally worth it. Only transferred ONCE, tech support was extremely adept and found multiple issues including a Trojan that slipped past my Avast. They fixed everything and I have months of support all in one place. Couldn't be more pleased.

Back to the present
I shut my laptop several months ago and was ready to completely walk away because I had so many missing files and updates. I gave it one more try today and contacted MyPC Utilities with much apprehension. I thought I'd be wasting money but hopefully give me a temporary fix until I could get another laptop.
I paid my money and ultimately Charles the Tech took control of my laptop, with my permission of course. He worked with and for me and gained a lot of ground. We were almost there....However, the entire working system needed help (I don't know the technical term).
Through negotiation and money of course, Ryan the Premium Tech was driving my laptop. He completed the process of fixing and all together didn't take a lot of time...For me anyway.
Thank you to MyPC Utilities. I highly recommend the company and if by chance you get Charles or Ryan, I know you'll be pleased. I was and am.
