Originally ordered just the one Doug Hyde (Beside the Seaside) which when it arrived had been damaged in transit despite substantial packaging and fragile tape on parcel. Emailed the gallery and arrangements were made straight away for collection and replacement. I felt a very personal touch and because of this I also ordered a second Doug Hyde (Doggie Paddle), arrangements were made for these to be delivered together when I returned from working away from home and they were both delivered as arranged. I couldn't ask for better customer service as I always think if there's a problem it's how it is dealt with and I certainly couldn't fault it.

I will definitely use again for future purchases

I recently purchased a few Doug Hyde prints to be shipped to Ireland, initially I had a query once ordered to do with VAT and Russ called me straight away and clarified my query, he then kept me informed re delivery date and then once shipped sent me the tracking etc and my god the prints were wrapped so so well would totally recommend Picture Perfect Gallery

Fantastic service as always. Received my item slightly damaged (due to no fault of their own) and they arranged a courier to collect in no time at all. The item was sorted and returned quickly with excellent communication to update me throughout. Will definitely be buying from them again. I recently purchased a piece of limited edition art from another gallery, and was let down after two weeks of waiting when they advised they had received the piece in question framed, and even though I didn't like the frame, they would only sell it as one piece and expected me to pay an extra £80. This experience led to me phoning around a number of gallery's trying to locate another copy. As there are only 195 produced, Russell didn't have any remaining to sell to me, however, he spent a considerable amount of his time phoning around to see if he could secure one. In the end, I located one of the last remaining pieces at another gallery, but I was very grateful for the time Russ spent helping me, especially seeing as he didn't get the sale - curtesy and honesty like this are hard to find these days.

Rang Picture Perfect Gallery to order a Leigh Lambert canvas board print, and spoke to Russ, who was very courteous and helpful. I explained this was required in time for a personal special Anniversary. It actually arrived within the Week, so we were highly delighted! I ordered my second Dough Hyde with Russell, which was unfortunately damaged in transit twice. I must say that Russell could not have done any more , from arranging collection to finally arranging a specialist company to deliver. At a time where I was unable to visit a gallery, I decided to buy art online. I am a Doug Hyde fan and chose ‘Park Run’. After an unrushed telephone call where Russ answered my many questions and calmed my nerves about purchasing online, I decided to place my order. I’m so glad I did. I have been regularly updated with emails on the progress of my purchase and my beautiful piece of art arrived today. It is absolutely perfect and will hang spectacularly with my other Doug Hyde pictures. I’m over the moon.
