Product not in stock although i was told it was shipped, after a month I requested a refund - several times via email.

I will be going to my bank to get a reversal of my credit card purchase as the communication appears to be automated without an option for a refund but only a store credit.
Very disappointing and lacking any customer service from a human.

Ordered my perfume at a great price in comparison to other NZ retailers.
Order was placed on 17th June, and no updated ETA until 30th June so I followed up using the enquiries email, later that day I received a tracking link. From there, the delivery was successful.
I am very happy with the product and the price, would purchase again, though I did have to follow up which is not ideal.

Purchased perfume, was being delivered to a Rural Delivery address and I started getting slammed with emails to review the product when I didn’t even have it yet. Once the product turned up I was very happy with it. Allow 3 weeks for delivery

This company parades itself as a NZ outlet.
It says orders placed before 2 pm will be shipped that day from their Auckland warehouse.

I smelled a rat when I got my order confirmation and it said the order can be “edited” in the next 23 hours. I may not be the sharpest knife in the drawer but how can that be? If an order is placed before 2 pm and “being shipped from our warehouse in Auckland”. They also say they use NZ Couriers and yet I am told my delivery is between 17-24 July. Weird. Since when do couriers take two weeks to deliver in NZ.

This outfit is grossly dishonest. They scam you into thinking they are NZ based and items shipped within hours of ordering but I can see that their stuff comes from Australia. Oh and their website says orders cannot be cancelled. Got you again although they say an order can be “edited” which clearly does not mean cancelled.

BEWARE. THIS OUTFIT IS GROSSLY DISHONEST ON THEIR WEBSITE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

well received my order after 7 months did get it straight away after i changed to a different perfume as original one was always on back order maybe mix up in communication but pleased i did get perfume straight away after i changed it not sure if back ordering is a good idea

Never delivered my order and never responded to my emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

My perfume was placed on pre-order because it was out of stock. Although I was updated regularly about the expected delivery date, I was asked to leave my feedback before I had even received the perfume.
Aside from this, I thought the perfume was beautifully packaged, and I am very happy with the scent and quality. I also receive many compliments every time I wear it!

I could not believe the prices, so cheap. I ordered 2 perfumes paying only 2 thirds of the price in stores . One of the perfumes was on back order but it still only took 10 days including weekends to receive them and I was kept up to date on the progress. I will definitely use again and spread the word.

I purchased a Diesel Fuel for Life product a week and a half ago now, and the item has only just entered the shipping process now. Because of this extreme delay, I contacted customer support and requested a full refund. The company refused to agree to the refund, forcing me to wait for an order that should have been processed days ago. Their customer service is unhelpful, and their shipping timelines are incredibly misleading. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I brought French Avenue Liquid Brun, got this at a great price and have never seen this in a store. I live in Hawkes Bay NZ so there’s not much choice anyway. The shipping was delivered in the expected time frame (5 days).
I will definitely be purchasing from here again!

Asked for a refund after waiting weeks. Said it would be processed.
I bought elsewhere as needed for a gift. Now saying shipped the date the refund was requested but no sign of any goods over a month later. Liars!
