This was %100 worth doing!
Turns out my poor boy Spoon was sensitive to %80 of his diet! Not to mention polyester- we have to buy new sheets now! Also was very interesting to learn that my girl Sugar has a sensitivity to apple trees and moths of all things. Customer service was top notch- they were very responsive when I had an issue accessing my results and were happy to answer questions. Do you and your pet a favour and get this test done.

Lost the sample even though my tracking…
Lost the sample even though my tracking shows it was delivered. Sent on the 13th March , showed it deliver on the 16th (image provided by Royal Mail) called them two weeks later as got no results. On the phone they confirmed the image was the office and they would call me back the next day. Never received a phone call so emailed them and they requested the tracking number again which I provided and they confirmed it has been lost and they would sent me a pre postage label to send another sample , have requested a refund as do not trust them anymore

I bought this for our two male cats
I bought this for our two male cats. One of which was Dx with Chronic Pancreatitis. It was important for us to know what foods & additives he's sensitive to. The results we received broke down into several categories including environmental sensitivies. Our vet kept telling us that chicken was usually an allergen to most cats. That's what we were feeding our boy that's sick. The test results did not show any allergen to chicken. But did show eggs as an allergen so we stopped feeding the food he was eating that had eggs. I'm a true believer in Natural Health & I would highly recommend this testing kit to anyone that has a pet. It's very informative.

I was charged $9.99 auto payment for a service I didn't know about. Extremely difficult to cancel and get a refund. Can't get through on the phone. The allergy test was informative don't know if it is reliable yet.
