I genuinely had to stop mid-conversation and ask Vivian if she was an AI because her responses were so fast, precise, and effortless that it felt almost supernatural.

Turns out she is 100% human lol ... just ridiculously good at what she does. Zero awkward waiting, zero generic robotic script-reading, just instant, friendly, 10/10 support that solved everything in less than a few minutes.

Customer support for custom socks had no business being this elite. If PhotoSocks has an Employee of the Month plaque, put Vivian on it immediately; if they don't, invent one! 🙏

I ordered some personalised whistles to give to our soccer coaches for the end of season. They were just as advertised and done well. Be sure to check the number of days for your order to be processed and then add this onto the number of days for delivery. I didn't do this and when I realised that the delivery time was going to be cutting it fine I messaged the company. Vivian was excellent at getting back to me and making contact with the local logistics company on my behalf. The products made it in the nick of time. Excellent customer service!

The team have been very helpful and responsive after my order was delivered then stolen from my letterbox. They worked promptly to generate a replacement and were very patient the whole time. Thanks team, your help has been greatly appreciated

I purchased personalised whistles with extra cost for fast shipping. Unfortunately I received some one else’s order of some family photos.
I contacted the company 3 times, with no response to the issue or even a reply.
This company must be a scam!!!

My product arrived with issues and I left some feedback to which I was promptly contacted by Grace to discuss the issues, provide an explanation, apology and figure out a resolution. A replacement product has been arranged and I am currently waiting on the shipment but am very pleased with the customer service received so far despite the product issue.

Ordered a custom infinity cube. I caught a slight issue with the design when it went to production (1 of the 9 photos used were from a previous draft not my final submission - believe this was due to a website glitch). It took a few days of back and forth with customer service to resolve as initially the problem was not understood and then in trying to resolve the issue the design team reset the photo cropping so the photos were not framed correctly. But the response from customer service was quick (thanks Vivian) and I was happy with the final solution.

I made an order to see what the quality of one of the shirts was like and a sock order for a group of us.
I did pay the extra for postage and then received and invoice the next day to pay an additional $46.00 as I was in the regional area. I ignored the email/invoice and the products came in a timely manner about 13 days as I am in Townsville, Australia.
The socks were great one size fits all I have a smaller foot so a little large for me it you have a bigger calf the photo will be a little distorted.
The shirt we loved so went in to order again was a little confusion how to redo an order with different sizes but Grace from My Photo sock was awesome and helped me out for finalise the order.
I was disappointed initially as I thought it was an Austrlalian company but these are made and shipped from overseas.
You don't have the option of paypal
The website is not very user friendly but I am not 20 so that may have been a me issue.
Overall the products have been great and the company has been easy to deal with.

I’m not usually one to leave reviews, however the customer service that I have experienced using this company has been a dream. I had a product shipped overseas, and have met nothing but willingness to help and top tier customer service, through clear communication with their office. I dealt with a lady called Vicky, and I’m just so grateful that she got to the bottom of my issue, in great timing and offered me resolution. Will definitely order from this company again due to my great experience of dealing with her.

Elsie has been incredible! After receiving my item I emailed myphotosocks and within the day Elsie had replied and my problem was resolved. Another item is on the way. I am blown away by this service and the speed at which the issue was resolved. I look forward to receiving my replacement slide so I can gift the present!

Amazing custom brick figures. They were a huge hit with our sponsors and speakers and brought a fantastic energy to the conference. Everyone loved the uniqueness. It definitely added something memorable to the experience.
