Thoughtless communication
Placing an order was an easy and fast experience without issues, however a minute after I confirmed and paid, you've sent me an e-mail to rate you which doesn't make any sense. In the e-mail you mention to tell you how happy I am from the received order and simultaneously you're saying that it's being prepared. Please read your own communication and send it at a proper time when the customer may actually evaluate either the experience of placing the order or the product itself.

Sklep i proces zakupowy w porządku.
Brak paczkomatów inPost i płatności blikiem, to w Polsce absolutne plecy za konkurencją. Cena za przesyłkę, to rozbój w biały dzień. Kupiłem, bo miałem kupon od trenera.
Do momentu wprowadzenia tańszych przesyłek np. Za pomocą inpost raczej nie wrócę.

Produkty fajne, składanie zamówienia droga przez mękę
na początku powiem, że bardzo lubię produkty Myprotein i dlatego korzystam ze sklepu. Niestety nie lubię robić zakupów na Waszej stronie. Robię dużo zakupów przez internet i są to zawsze przyjemne doświadczenia. Wyjątkiem jest strona Myprotein :((( Za każdym razem mam problem ze zrealizowaniem zakupu. Po pierwsze nie ma powszechnych form płatności jak blik czy szybki przelew, po drugie jest niejasny wybór rodzaju dostawy. Za każdym razem składając zamówienie jestem sfrustrowana :(( Poprawcie proszę!!! czytelność/intuicyjność oraz łatwość dokonywania zakupów.
Tym razem płatność miała pójść z karty płatniczej syna i nie wiem czy poszła, ponieważ przycisk "zatwierdź" nie działał :( Próbowałam wysłać wiadomość do obsługi klienta i nie mogę - pojawia się jakiś błąd.

Łatwość zakupów, ale był problem z utworzeniem konta i zalogowaniem się. Dopiero po użyciu innegi adresu email udało się zalogować. Bardzo długi czas oczekiwania na wysyłkę. Nie spotkałam się jeszcze z tak długim oczekiwaniem. Bardzo droga wysyłka i jednocześnie mało opcji dostawy do wyboru. Możliwość wpisania kodu polecającego, ale skąd go wziąć, nikt nie zamieszcza go na mediach społecznościowych
