Sells bad Turbo Tax keys, stay away! I bought a key from them and when I tried to use the key to submit my taxes it failed. Turbo Tax support indicated that the key from this retailer was from someone else. FRAUD.

2024 TurboTax download did not work. I got ripped off like the others here...too good to be true because it was. I should've known better. Will try to get a refund...I'll let you know how that goes.

I purchased via download Turbo Tax Premier 2024. Mypuvtoys is not an authorized dealer and the program does not work properly. It would not allow me to even start my state taxes. All I got was a screen with "hmmm. it looks like we hit a snag, try back in a bit"
Intuit service tech had never seen this before and could not help. I had to purchase it again!! but this time from a reputable seller. Please see all the other reviews also.

They sold me a turbotax license code that was invalid. I get a 605 error when I try to get it. I had to access support to get a new license code which is a completely unnecessary waste of time, but at least they did do that.

Attempted to purchase TurboTax from this seller. Despite the ease of purchase and seemingly reputable site, I was able to nearly complete my taxes and register however I kept coming up with an error "hit a snag." Spoke with Turbotax support and it turns out my code was registered to another person and rendered "invalid." 4 attempts to reach a human at this site were useless and left no resolution. Filed an official complaint with AMEX and will file another with BBB. This local company (East Brunswick, NJ) is scamming people with software and they should be publicly admonished for it.

I was sent an invalid activation code for Turbo Tax software. This wouldn't have been the case with a legitimate vendor. If you want to try and save a few bucks, YMMV, but you may also be purchasing a shared code or something else which wouldn't be the case if purchasing from a legitimate entity.

I was surprised to find a low cost option for Turbotax. I was suspicious but within 15 minutes, I had placed an order, downloaded the software from Intuit, started it up and my license was already waiting for me in my email inbox. This site is set up and run well. My expectations are exceeded!

The product key initially worked for the software downloaded from the TurboTax site. However, when I tried to purchase an additional state return (NY) or pay for state filing(NJ) through the software, it gave me errors instead.

I contacted Intuit and was informed that the activation code I was using was invalid because it had been used previously in their system and was a return. I was also told that my purchase was not made through an authorized reseller and since that was the case, I would have to contact the original seller for resolution.

You guessed it, that seller has not responded to my emails in over a week.

Others here are probably giving good reviews because the activation code provided will work somewhat. You can download a Fed and one state tax return. You can also file a Fed return (Free to all) and maybe a state if there are no filing fees for that particular state. However, if you need to purchase anything extra or pay for filing fees through the software, it will not let you do so. Also, I own rental properties, and have a lot of dividend income and other complexities. If I used this FED filing as it is now and had an issue with the IRS, I doubt Intuit would back me up because of the unauthorized seller issue.

Purchased TurboTax 2024. Installation, set-up and completion of taxes went smooth. However I am not able to eFile my State along with my Federal return. When I try to pay with credit card for my State filing, my card gets rejected. Has anyone else had this experience? I'm getting to the point where I feel like just mailing in my return, which defeats the whole purpose of purchasing TurboTax software!!!!

The reason I bought TurboTax, instead of the less expensive H&R Block, is to have last year's return/ information appear on this year's return. However, the software has a bug that didn't allow last year's information to import. The company's "Support" ignored my repeated requests for assistance.
