Fraud. They collected Money for Qurbany and did not deliver.

Do not let them destroy your Eid Celebrations.

I still didn’t receive my lamb and the phone doesn’t work
They spoil my Eid, god will punish them, I’m now trying to get my money back

They lied, didn’t pick the phone up, they provided us the wrong number, when we called them on the first day of eid, they claimed that they will start delivering on the next day at 7am we waited 2 days and they didn’t deliver. On the 5th day, they knocked on our door at 1am! But we refused to take it as we reported to metropolitan police and contacted our bank telling them about the fraud. Those who have been effected should also do the same.

Salam been waiting the whole day yesterday and today for our Qurbani meat which was ordered online on your website. Very disappointed no updates or no phone calls. No body even receives our calls. This is appalling!

I rang on Saturday someone picked up and said they were busy getting deliveries out. He informed me the qurbani went well and they have been very busy organising to get deliveries out. I even got a text saying deliveries will be made over the weekend.Now I'm on day 3 and still no sign and I'm reading all these reviews, when I didn't hear I thought the worst,when someone answered I thought ok it's not a scam and now look! I made my intention for qurbani,Allah help those who abused my obligation.

Myqurbany scammers. I previous wrote about Myqurbany.co.uk if you have lost money and you have paid by credit cards then contact your credit card company. Inshallah they will help you. I have been scammed myself. Please in future always check the reviews. Allah (swa) will put these perpetrators very high punishments because they have insulted the sunnah of Ibrahim (a.s) and Ismail (a.s.). These people I would not even call them Muslims (if they are). Myqurbany like Allah (swa) punished Ferown (Feroh) and Qarun (Karun) you can't hide from Allah (swa). If my email goes viral please email me. Jazakallah Salahuddin

After waiting for whole day Saturday & Sunday, I still have not received the Qurbani meat (Monday I.e. 3rd August, 2020) ,I will report to the bank but not sure they can do anything about it. They have completely ruined the religious festival, till today (Monday I.e. 3rd August, 2020) No sign of meat delivery, Absolutely fraud. Please avoid them.
I will suggest you to inform FSA & Met police about this..

It's really sad to face this situation.
They ruined our religious Eid.
I am not upset really as Allah will accept our sacrifices but I am sorry for you to take all this bad things !

Inshallah our Qurbany will be accepted. So I am happy about this. Will report to the bank but not sure they can do anything about it.

Completely ruined the religious festival. No sign of meat delivery even on 3rd day of Eid. No one picking up the phone , answering emails, no communication. Stay out of them. Such a nice website managed to grab attention of muslim community. Don't fall for it.

no sign of delivery on the 5th day of Eid. in there FB page, some one mentioned there shop is in Barking. They are still cutting meat and delivery will be completed by 5th of Aug. let's see when my delivery arrives.
**late update**
they have managed to deliver meat 5 days after the EID. I would say very bad communication. On the other hand lots of shops give you meat on that day or next day, question how is it possible to do the Qurbani on the day and then complete all the process within that short span. In that case, the Qurbani will be salvaged. If I were told about the waiting time, I would not mind, in fact I am planning to order my next Qurbani from them. The meat were packed beautifully in vacuumed sealed pack, separated in meats, chops, mince, organs etc. I received about 23kg of net meat and the meat tasted good, Alhamdulillah.

I received my Qurbani meat on 5th day of Eid.The meat was very well packed. This company needs to improve their coordination and customer service. Had they have informed us about the delay in delivery we would not have waited unknowingly. They said the Qurbani was carried out on the first day of Eid though. May God Almighty accept our Qurbani. Aameen.

**Update** I have received my Qurbani at 11pm tonight. I had spoken to the person who brought the meat and he explained the Qurbani did take place for myself it was Saturday as it was a Bull. As there were a lot of orders from customers they needed to use a lorry to transport.

As this was a door to door service I can now appreciate the delay. The meat came beautifully packed and no mess around the kitchen.

I had been in contact with other families who used other services also awaiting for their meat too. Now I can understand why the delay and the logistics were not there. If it was a high street butcher sure I would receive my meat next day on Saturday.

The driver mentioned he was not being paid for the deliveries as they were tight on men doing the rounds.

I have now withdrawn my complaints from action fraud and will contact my bank to release the funds as well. May Allah forgive us for the doubt and allow us to give excuses to our brothers before reaching conclusions.

Unfortunately some people do steal and there are others who simply do not adhere to professionalism and these brothers fall into not having that standard, they should work on this to build trust of their customers.

Stay away and report them to police.

They don't answer on phone (02034882259), mobile number for 24/7 on their website (07553231357) is incorrect and they don't exist at the address listed on their website (My Qurbany 62 camden road, London). There is no way to cancel the order once you have made payment (unfortunately what I did).

They won't let you know location of their slaughterhouse, office or collection point - if you managed to reach them on phone (020.... ) will always say you will get a call on 2nd day of Eid which you won't get and on 2nd day of Eid they won't answer.
Lies upon lies,

They took my money for a lamb qurbany and never delivered. It's not about stealing money only they will ruin your cultural and religious festival, they will keep you waiting for whole day and won't show up. You will have friends and relatives invited and no Qurbany will come.

I have raised the issue through my bank, and have reported them to FCA just before writing this review and planning to report them to Met police.
Absolutely disgusting - they must be banned and kicked out from business, if they are somewhere, and should be put behind bars for ruining people's cultural and religious festivals.

STAY AWAY!! from this Web Site! It is a FRAUD!! They send you an invoice, emailing you about your order but it never arrives.The phones on their website aren't working, the company is not exist at the address they have given on their web site...
