Had me off for a lot of money

Terrible products, prices, shipping. Save your money and spend elsewhere.

I ordered on February 15th after 5 days they told me I’ll receive a refund cause the item is out of stock which was Cotten candy crunch now it’s March 8th I still have not gotten my money back I contacted my bank they have no records of the transaction and all puffy can say is just wait you’ll get it we sent it but they haven’t I still don’t have my money they’ve been scamming recently so be careful spending your money with these people they’re frauds

Ordered cotton candy crunch, a week after my order was processed I am informed that they were out of stock of what I ordered and I will get a refund. Fast forward 3 weeks later no refund and no help from support except that we sent it and contact your bank i contact my bank and they do not see the transaction. Beware of sending your money I’ve seen people actually receive stuff on the internet but they are sketchy for sure I guess I am just out of my money.

I don't know why I have to leave a star they don't deserve it. This "company" i say that lightly has wasted my time . They have some first time buyer coupon code my son told me about and to try for my arthritis.. well I contacted them they said i needed to order somewhere else first .. I thought sounded crazy almost scam like and weird but I went ahead and did so .. I had a order from lit but they said it was too old had to be within last 30 days which it would had been if it didn't take them a whole week to contact you .. I was like screw it and placed another order from yet another company. Then they told me I was somehow a existing customer after me jumping through all these super crazy loops .. I don't even leave reveiws but these people got me stressed and irate .. totally not what I'm trying to do lol I was trying to just buy some medicine. ..... I am a FIRST TIME CUSTOMER.. THIS COMPANY CANT GET ANYTHING THOUGH THEIR THICK SKULLS .. YES YOU WERE WRONG .. I explained this in emails directly with your terrible customer service.. so I did everything single thing right .. anything else to say myqwin.. do not reply on my post with some more random crap I already did .. fix it or don't idgaf .. but I got the receipts to prove everything I said.. were in the negative stars now

This is the 3rd order in a row. That has shown up without contents ... each time ive filed a investigation with usps. Whats the point in puffy reimbursing me if the packages show up without contents. Either usps is stealing yall stuff or something internally is happening ....

Very fair prices, great products. This time of year shipping is a little slower, but that's everywhere. I'm happy with MyQuin, good customer service as well! Ty!

I don't know what happened to this company but in the last two months it has went downhill 100% takes up to 10 days to get an order with only a automated response no telephone numbers to call No Time given when your package is even going to be sent. nine days and I still haven't got my order do not order from this company until they're shipping changes I also learned this company was recently bought out I guess they don't know what they're doing in shipping. My friends order they also did not fill and tried to fill it with cheaper grade product I have filed with my bank for a money refund because of no response from this company

Update on my review it's now the 19th and I finely got a refund. But this is what they did. They issued a refund on the 7th after 3 days no money then I get a notice my package was sent.. I had to use my bank to get my money back. And package never came. Then to day I get a weird email we are back. Over all bad exprince.

Another great experience from Puffy that makes me grateful for the point we’re at in ‘24. If shipping times are a problem always stick w/ priority. The quality is consistent and i’ve yet to have a bad experience with them.

This is the thca company you want to order from! It can be overwhelming trying to decide with the hundreds of vendors available but now i have found my go to. Other places sell muted flowers with no smell or weak effects, not myqwin. You wont regret your decision so pull the trigger.
