I wish I could give RocketRamp 0 stars.

I have been trying to withdraw funds from my RocketRamp account since June 30, 2026. Today is July 13, 2026, and I still do not have my money.

I contacted RocketRamp support, and they informed me there was a technical issue and that they had contacted Walapay (their withdrawal processor) to manually reconcile my withdrawal. I was told I would receive an update once the issue was resolved. That update never came.

Since then, I have sent multiple follow-up emails, used the live chat, and even attempted to contact Walapay myself. I have received little to no communication from either company.

What makes this even more frustrating is that I had successfully withdrawn funds from RocketRamp three times in the past using the same bank account. Now, all of a sudden, my withdrawals continue to remain pending, with no meaningful explanation and no resolution.

If you are considering using RocketRamp, be aware that if you encounter a withdrawal issue, you may experience long delays and poor communication from customer support. My experience has been extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend this service based on how my case has been handled.

I gave the cashier $40.00 at frog hop convenience store 2001 Messanie St. Joseph MO 64507, he handed me a piece of paper with a hand written user name and password . tried to login and no account was found, went back he said he fixed it and no account.
this place stole my money so i'm sure it has happened to many people . never again

There’s no customer service to contact my money has been sitting there for a week now pending verification and I can’t talk to nobody or find out anything to get my money. I wouldn’t recommend this business to nobody please if you do not have to use rocket ramp. Then don’t they are scammers and they lie and you can’t talk to nobody.

Luckyrush.io an online casino made me go on facebook and get paid my through rocketramp. It seemed very sketchy and I was right he because I’ve been waiting a month to be verified on here. All responses are just AI there’s no way to contact anyone. I’m considering the money stolen.

Account Verification is still pending, hard to get ahold of support. Probably never gonna see that money again.

Ok, for those that plays fish table games, Orion Stars to be exact. Idk if anyone else has this experience, but when you login there's pop up for that myrocketramp. It states that they are up and running. It's like an ad for the platform. Anyway, my stupid butt clicked on it because when I read it, I misunderstood what it was all about. I thought that if you use that app you would be able to load the GAME directly. You didn't have to go through an agent. So it would be continuous gaming. No stopping to load, you could just load from myrocketramp. Well that's not the case. And after loading money (this is where my stupidity comes in), I couldn't do anything. So that's when I start looking for instruction/directions on how to load my game. Turns out you can't load anything! Til this day, idk what that app is all about. Just to find out how to get ahold of anyone is difficult. Then I finally found an email for them. Took them nearly a week to respond. And this is what I was told... Shucks I was gonna attach the email but ya can't so... Basically they said the usual b.s. about sending my email to the verifying team and they let me know. Thanks for being patient at this time. Um still haven't gotten any notification from anyone. (Email is the only way to get them), still can't get the money on that platform. Can't load it because that's not an app that load directly to the game. Nothing! My money is just sitting there. So, I decided, I don't want to be verified because I will never use their app. I email them again stating that fact. I got the same email they sent me before that they'll send it to whomever and the notify me whenever... Not their exact words but that's the jist of it. I let them know I don't want an account I just want my money and everybody go on there way. Nope! Nothing yet. My advice is don't use that app. It's bogus. I will be contacting the proper agencies about these guys.

I finally got verified! And , so what!?! I try to withdraw MY money... 1st to my bank. That's didn't work. So I tried withdrawing to crypto. And guess what? That didn't work either. These guys are just taking ppls money with no consequences. How are they still up and advertising on legit platforms???? Anyone know who I can contact to get this site down?
