A terrible shopping experience. The product was already damaged when I received it. I asked for a return but the seller was unwilling to do so. They delayed for many days and still haven't replied to my email.

Fantastic customer service & quality of product
I am extremely impressed with the customer service and quality of the product that i ordered.
My original order had been damaged in transit by the courier but My Shop Fittings answered my call promptly and were very understanding. They arranged for a replacement to be dispatched (late Friday afternoon) and maintained further communications with me. My order arrived in perfect condition today (Monday). I will be re-ordering from MSF again in the future. Thank you team.

The Carrier's Driver delivered quickly & professionally.
He carried the quite heavy parcel direct to my door and was very friendly with a smile & pleasant greeting.
He helped me into my hallway with what was a quite heavy parcel. Really Nice Guy!
The 27" Round clothes display/hanging rail which I had ordered is well made & very robust. Would have been even better if the customer could order this rail with the option of being supplied with 4 strong wheels one each of the bottom support feet, one fitted with a brake to aid its mobility and stability when loaded with clothing.

Great Customer Service & Incredibly helpful
Had a small problem with the wronging size glass being shipped. In one phone call and no hassle a correct replacement was sent out next day delivery no quible by the seller - very possibly at a loss as it was a small order.

Think before you buy.
Purchase through Amazon, package left in rubbish bin and thinly wrapped in pallet wrap which My Shopfittings did not see as a problem. Return and refund was made as difficult as possible and is still ongoing. Zero customer care.
