ABSOLUTE RACKET!
Absolute racket.
I made the mistake of upgrading to a paid account because it seemed worthwhile. I signed up using my Gmail purely for ease of logging in — I never intended to use the service for my Gmail, only for my business email.
Without warning, they disabled my account. I immediately replied to the automated message explaining the situation, but it took 4–5 more follow-up emails (and multiple spammy emails pushing me to upgrade again) before I got any real response.
Zero communication. Zero support. Meanwhile, they kept trying to upsell me while ignoring my actual problem.
Complete scam. Save your money and your time.

Had brilliant support from Katherine at "mysignature.io,"who stuck with me through over a dozen frantic emails as I tried to update my headshot in my email signature. This super patient lady helped me through the technical struggle I experienced, and stayed with me until I solved the issue, which wasn't easy, especially as she was dealing with someone who really hates having to sort out technical problems...couldn't recommend her more, and she deserves a medal for talking me calmly through all the stages until I got my new headshot installed correctly. Top marks!

Customer service is the worst
Customer service is the worst. Also, signed up, then did not use the product. When it renewed a year later, they WILL NOT OFFER REFUND. Worst customer experience ever. NOT recommended at all.

After reviewing our records, we found that when you signed up for the Agency Hub service on July 17, 2024, you agreed to our Terms of Use: https://mysignature.io/terms. These terms clearly state that our service operates on a subscription basis with automatic renewals. Our Refund Policy also specifies that we are unable to process refunds for recurring payments or when a customer changes their mind about using the service. To prevent unwanted renewals, subscriptions must be canceled in advance.
Additionally, we sent a reminder about the upcoming payment to your email seven days before your renewal date. Unfortunately, we did not receive any prior request from you to terminate your subscription. We noticed that you contacted our order processing partner, Paddle, about cancellation on July 21, 2025, after the recurring payment for your Agency Hub subscription had already been processed.

Geld weg. Signatur funktioniert nicht.
Leider funktioniert meine Signatur nicht in Apple Mail. Sie wird jedes Mal wieder anders konvertiert und kann sie deshalb nicht nutzen sehr kompliziertes Verfahren über Paddel mit Rückerstattung, die ich bis heute noch nicht erhalten habe. Ständig muss ich noch was nachreichen. PayPal hat mein Antrag auf Käuferschutz abgelehnt, weil meine Signatur ständig Nachricht, dass sie alles richtig gemacht haben. Ich kann nur davon abraten, da ich mein Geld nicht wieder bekommen habe, obwohl ich ein nicht funktionierendes Produkt erhalten habe. Nur vertrösten. Die E-Mails auf Englisch bekommen sonst Nix. Edit: natürlich habe ich vorher viele E-Mails geschrieben und über Paddel nie was erreichen können. Erst als ich diese Bewertung hier geschrieben habe, wurde das Geld erstattet.

If you have added Pro features, please click "Back to Free" to access the option to copy the free signature.

Memorable email signatures for outreach
Needed something to make my outreach more memorable, and MySignature does the job. Super easy to set up, looks clean, and the email tracker is a nice bonus – works great together. Nothing to complain about, just does what it’s supposed to.

I have been using my Signature for two years. I recently reached out with a customer service issue and I have so far found the service to be pointless, it may has well have been auto generated, and not in any way customer focused at all. It is also taking days for a reply. Actually really disappointed, won't be back and would suggest looking elsewhere as when it counts, Mysignature don't seem to care.

Easy to use and gets the job done
I needed an email signature provider that’s easy to use and quick to set up. MySignature checked all the boxes, so I went with it. It also provides guides and step-by-step articles, so it's really easy to figure out how to create a signature and set it up in your mail.

I would not recommend! Pay someone to make you a one time email instead. These guys are a bit of a scam. you have to pay a yearly subscription per user, you can't just cancel or stop auto-renew, you have to message or email support and on top of that they are saying that if you cancel the subscription your signature will no longer work apparently, so you are paying for an email signature monthly which is so stupid it doesn't make any sense.
I don't actually think they can make it broken, but if they can, that's very sad, because after paying for a year you are left with nothing.

Once you cancel your subscription and the paid period ends, your signatures will appear as broken in your emails.

We operate on a subscription basis, and you are correct that users must purchase a subscription to create a professional signature with the Pro features available in the editor. This subscription also enables you to access the signature and other Pro features within the MySignature service, such as Analytics and the Chrome plugin that includes the Gmail mail tracker. These terms are outlined in our Terms of Use: https://mysignature.io/terms, which you agreed to when you signed up for our service.
Regarding cancellation, you can cancel your subscription by clicking the "Delete account" button in your account settings or by contacting our Support team for assistance. When you cancel your subscription, your account will remain active, and you will still be able to use the subscription features for the time you have already paid. After that period, we will deactivate all signatures and MyPages created under that subscription.

My signature is a fantastic little tool that allows tons of customisation for you email signatures. It's easy to use, and you can create really great signatures within a few minutes... And if you were lucky enough to get it from app sumo on the lifetime plan, then it's a TOTAL bargain for a stellar service.
Even at the monthly subscription, it still a brilliant thing to have compared to so many others on the market that are ridiculously over priced.
Get it and use it. You won't regret it.
