Very poor customer service
Took an order and payment for something that wasn’t in stock. Sent one email in 10 days (that went to junk so was missed) in the lead up Christmas. When I realised I asked them to send a different product which they then left too late to send so I ended up cancelling the order and going elsewhere. Customer service had a bad attitude and did not apologise once.
Joke
Havnt received my order now for 4 weeks. Communication is very poor. Asked for a refund and have no response.

Absolutely shocking communication from this company. Took 6 weeks to get to the bottom of a problem with my order and I had to constantly email them to get an answer. Eventually I discovered via discussion with a robot that may order was cancelled. Still not been able to speak with a human to discuss what went wrong. Meanwhile they email me regularly asking for a review!!

Non communicative. Slow delivery.
I ordered in ample time before leaving for holiday. My order was marked as being prepared, 10 days later. The company has not responded to emails. I tried to call and the phone was not answered. I emailed to cancel. I heard nothing and now I’m away the Royal Mail have left the socks on my doorstep. A very unfortunate experience.

Phoned up,and was told my item would be sent out on Friday leaving me a week before my holiday. They weren’t sent out till Wednesday and did not arrive on time. It appears they did not have the item in stock when ordered
Shop elsewhere
Had to chase for an update on my order after hearing nothing from them for 2&1/2 weeks. Order was eventually cancelled by then stating that the product was out of stock. Would not order from this company again.

After placing an order, I waiting a month before emailing in about my order as no contact had been made, to be told my size was no longer available. Would appreciate accurate and timely communication regarding products as I could of gone elsewhere and had the same garnets weeks earlier

They wouldn’t deliver what I ordered online. It was collection only and I live hundreds of miles away! If it’s collect only then say so on the web page

I still haven't received my order
I still haven't received my order, a month on from ordering. And despite saying they would look into it the company haven't provided any information. This is the second time this has happened....out of 2 orders.
