My order actually went through this time for starters. No problem with the bank questioning the purchase as fraud. I had one question and it was responded to in a timely fashion. I have had no problems up to this point and that's a definite plus.

My order was shipped in a timely manner and even though it was missing an item the item has been identified and is quickly being shipped to me.

I really like the order I received it has a lot of helpful toos they are well made tools the fan is Awesome....

Overall a bad experience had a little bit of an issue with a couple charges emailed customers support and they took care of it immediately but also suspended my account the reason I had an issue with the charges was because it wasn't supposed to be a monthly subscription and they charged me for a monthly subscription I think they like to slip it in at the end of your purchase and if you don't catch it they're making money! But in the end they came back and suspended my account so I cannot buy anything from them anymore that's why I'm changing my review to a one I thought it was pretty dirty that they did that to me after this much stuff as I bought from them!

I emailed support because whe I went to pay fir my items it said that I was blackballed. So I contacted support and the person I interacted with was able to investigate and fixed the problem. I would definitely buy from this company again. Thank you for the amazing customer service

I thought I ordered 1 mystery box. When I got a notice from my bank that the money withdrawn was $65 I was confused. Sent an email to customer service and they canceled my order and refunded my money.

Im a total skeptic and i wasnt sure about this "Tactical Box" thing so I did a little research and why not im gonna give it a try, I am soooooo STOKED!! that I did my $50 promo box was WAY MORE THAN WORTH $10 and easily the most best part is-moved in with my Father a while ago, (I lost my mom just over a year ago after looking after her for a year and now im doing the same for my father) who is 84 yrs young and he tought sooo much about fishing and hunting and kinds of outdoors stuff and also how to leave my camp, site, area whatevernclean, cleaner than when I arrived. But opening that Tactical Box and watching his face light up when we was pulling items out and the excitement of ordering his box tonight was priceless, Thank you so very much T.B. you have a super excited customer AND SOON TO BE CUSTOMER my good ol' pops keep up the excellent work..

Scammers, do not answer questions sent to them, which I should have known better, a typical New Yorkers business and attitudes.. ripped me off, blocked me from emailing them!! The whole Company from CEO DOWN CAN ALL GFT’s!!!

Biggest scam ever. They sell you the dream of 5 boxes full of items and all I got was a plastic bag with 5 small items that all together isn’t worth $50.
2 of the items I placed them in the trash can because they have nothing to do with camping/outdoors/survivor and had no use for them.
If you want to waste money buy into their scam otherwise stay away.

I love skulls and when i opened the knife box it was skulls. The other items i recieved were very good. I am looking forward to ordering more.

Had been comparing sub boxes for a few weeks and decided to give TacticalBox a try. I was looking for a subscription that my husband and sons would really get excited about and this box was right on the money! So glad I tried them out. Customer Service was very helpful, products are very high quality and relevant. Didn't seem like there were any "fluff" items in the box, you know the ones that some companies throw in just to pad up the box. And the order shipped very quickly.

Ordering was very easy and the price can’t be beat. Very professional

I took advantage of the promo they had and got the items within a week! I got a spring loaded knife, hand saw, and a slingshot. Not bad will do again

5$ back pack no strings attached:bullshit- got my credit card and charged me 47$ every month. When you purchase something from them you are automatically enrolled in their club. Try to find the fine print anywhere that describes the terms of service. It does not exist. Before I purchased the 5 dollar backpack I spent my due diligence searching for this exact scam on their web sight. Bait and switch. At 3 am I get a fraud alert from my bank for 47$. You guessed it-“my tactical promos” I had the bank decline it. Case closed.-/ not so fast: later I get charged again for 47$ my bank said they entered it manually and we had to pay them.
The only way out is to cancel your card. Simple right? How about all the autopay connected with that card. I will get a missed payment. Electric/ gym/ car insurance/health ins/ tax payments/ child support/carloan/ medical bills/ daily spending- gas for my car.grocery
I find it funny that people belive any of the fake 5 star reviews on this company. It’s obvious they have someone in house that sits at a computer and generates this bullshit. All of their products are bought from Temu and posed as quality items. Do not be fooled. I would love to meet the owner of mytactialpromo face to face.

Love the package I received today and quality of products ordered! Website is somewhat confusing with the bonus system don’t like having to renter info everytime ! Needs to be more streamlined to avoid that repeated process. And there should be a way to click out to complete order if you don’t want to continue going thru all the bonuses offered.
