mytacticalpromos.com Reviews

Fast response from customer service in regards to my order fast response as far as getting my invoice back to me as well very good prices very good products

I purchased two mystery boxes through the promo on Barry Cunningham on YouTube for $27 I thought I was going to receive several items that I can pass along to prior military because myself I'm a 16-year disabled US Army Ranger veteran but what I received was two challenge coins one challenge coin per mystery box which has a retail value of $9 on eBay stay far far away this is a scam

These folks are amazing. Everything agreed upon was followed through on.

I found issues with the quality of the camp gear but the support team responded immediately to my request for a refund. I greatly appreciate the help and way they handled it

This is one online company that actually pays attention, and their support personnel are very quick to answer and reply to all questions that come up.
I’m planning to continue to use their products and I need.

My experience with Mytacticalpromos was satisfying and helped me pick up some new outdoor supplies. As a retiree, many of the items (knves, flashlights, fire starters and other emergency equipment) I received were gifted to others.

The monthly club can become overwhelming if you're not actively using the variety of tools & knives sent.

Overall, I'd say my experience was quite satisfying and would recommend it to others looking for lots of inexpensive outdoor gear.

Impresst with how quickly you notified me about the problem with the address. I'm happy with every item that I have purchased from mytacticalpromos.com. Everything is of high quality tough . And you have been able to keep costs down. As you know Customer service is the back bone of a Company I give 5 stars to them.

Ordered and paid for 2 mystery boxes only got 1 . Was told each box has $60 worth of merchandise and with the headlamp not even offered by the manufacturer and 2 challenge coins it doesn't even total $30.

Completely preyed upon me. Complete lies and receipt. Going to notify FTC and BBB. Do not do business with these things(people).

I had no problem with customer support. They found my order even though I didn't have complete documentation.Their answer to my question was exactly what I needed to know.

I felt like they had a good selection of stuff. Some of it was not as good as quality as I hoped some of it was the free mystery gifts were usually not the best but overall good products for the stuff you actually paid for shipping was very fast. I hate to see that you’re going out of business according to their commercials on social media. I ordered quite a bit of product from them over the last several months. The knives were good along with the emergency equipment for the most part. mystery gifts I felt were cheap quality and they sent that numerous times over and over instead of a variety even if I ordered a mystery box it was only cheaper things never once that I get high-quality items that they advertise.

Well,,,each time I have contacted you, I have received the quickest response and quickest possible adjustment and delivery of the shipment that was not delivered to me. Thank you for being on top of the problem and taking care of everything. You guys are Awesome...Again, Thank you 😊 🙏 ☺️

I call no one answer.

A great experience. My tactical was a pleasure dealing with. They did what they said they would do and was always prompt with answers and delivery

I have got several products from this company. Good customer service good prices and cool products. I have always had good experiences with them. Check em out you will enjoy their products

The solar powered USB charger that I received at work so they probably sent me a new one they have all kinds of cool gadgets they don't have a problem giving them away either great company so far

Other than the shipping holdup I have had a great experience. I especially like the detail in explaining the items.

I have ordered a flag coin display case early April. I have not received it as of yet. Shipping is very slow. They apologize for inconvenience, but it’s still very slow. I am waiting for a reply. Other than a robot reply I don’t get much satisfaction.

This site has some good items at decent prices but they don't make it clear that when you make a purchase you are going to be signed up for a membership with reoccurring charges, unless you actually read all of their terms of service. This seems a little deceiving to me. But I did email them to cancel my membership and they did it immediately which was good.

I love mytacticalpromos, but I accidently signed up for a monthly subscription. I really prefer to know what I am buying, when I pay, so I'd rather do a one time order.
So I asked for a cancelation. Within Minutes I received a reply saying not only was it cancelled, but they refunded the monthly fee, and apologized for My mistake!
What more could I ask for?
Great Customer service, and good quality, fun, and important items!
I highly recommend 5☆Stars
