Impossible to cancel. Theres no cancel option in the app, it wont log in in web wersion and support is just a bot sending stupid links. Watch itself stopped working in less than 6 month

We have been using this watch for 6 months now, and we've had a very good experience, especially when I compare it with the Xplora 6 we were using. This is a much better watch. Sometimes it shows cellular tower locations instead of the actual watch location but other than that, watch & its features are great.

recently its touch screen stopped working & its customer service was very nice to get it fixed.

The TickTalk5 watch is the best option for any child that wants to communicate with their friends and family, while maintaining safety. Parental controls allow for the ability to accept only certain calls or texts to reach my child. I set up their contacts list so that they can receive calls and texts from their friends and grandparents, while blocking every other number that is not on the allow list.

The watch is a good weight for a child's wrist and has a large enough screen to easily maneuver with the tip of their fingers. They are able to send texts that are clear and concise. The controls allow the parents to block certain apps that you do not want your child accessing.

I love the geo tracking feature on this watch. It has improved drastically within the past year. I can always see exactly where my child is, even when they are traveling home on the bus. I know what friend's house they are at, what phone calls they're receiving, and so much more.

They can listen to child appropriate music on their watches, make calls, create alarms, set reminders, track their walking steps, and more. I love that you can set the watch to only be used at certain times, so we have them blocked for the school day and overnight.

My 10 year old son loves his TickTalk5 so much that we just bought one for my daughter's 8th birthday. I love being able to communicate with them throughout the day. This has been the best watch ever for our children, and we absolutely love all of the parental control options. I very HIGHLY recommend the TickTalk 5!

I thought this product would work for me. The gps was poor as well as battery life. Ended up getting the speaker box from Japan and it works awesomely. Don’t need all the extras. Just a good gps and communication.

They charged me multiple times for one watch, very disappointed.

Had a great customer service experience with this company. Our son's sim card cover cracked on his watch and needed to be replaced. We reached out to see where we could purchase a replacement and they sent out a replacement for free the same day after we sent in a picture of the broken piece. We are so grateful for their swift action and we cant wait to get his watch up and running again. Thanks!!!!

Ticktalk 5 has been the perfect watch for both my kids. Kids have been loving it since they got it for a year now, and they have been helping us stay connected with our kids when they are at a after school class or at their friends place for playtime. Specifically had a great experience with TickTalk customer service everytime I interacted with them. They replaced the cracked straps without any fuss. Been a seamless experience and I highly recommend them.

Unfortunately, we did have a problem with our watch after no issues for 5 months. Nothing is perfect...things happen. But, the customer was amazing and they made it right!

I experienced issues with network compatibility, overall watch functionality, and the initial customer support process. Communication and resolution were slow at first.

However, after escalation, TickTalk’s marketing team handled the situation in a very professional way and resolved it by issuing a full refund. Because the issue was ultimately handled correctly, I’m updating my review to 3 stars.

👍 Ticktalk support and watches are superb! The support I've received has always been quick and helpful. My kids love their watches and we love the parental controls and security they provide. Totally worth every penny!

Ease of communication with video or audio calls and texts is a great alternative to a cell phone.

The watch phone Tick Talk 5 series is very easy for my daughter to use and very easy for her to put on the charger herself.
