Visited Mall of the Emirates Vapery Shop.It was my first time buying a pod. I met one of the employees by the name kasseem who had exemplery product knowledge.He helped me select the pod that suites me and the flavour of my choice since it was my first time. Kuddos to him.

Visited the Dubai Mall to buy a vape (after losing one) and was greeted by Amanuel. He wasn’t trying to rip me off or sell me the most expensive product, he was educated on the products, honest and was brilliant from start to finish!

Best service by far when it comes to buying vape merchandise. Lovely staff. Friendly and helpful. Never, ever pushy! Brilliant! Unlike most who simply want to sell more than you need, or upsell without regard for what you want or like :)

I was shocked by the service and response I got from the lady who was in charge in dubai mall,I brought my device that wasn't charging while it was still under warranty but to my surprise I was told that I can't get help because its almost a year ago but I had my receipt that was still under warranty....please teach your stuff customer service and store warranty 😪

I visited the Vapery only one month ago and if it was not for the sterling staff. The two young ladies currently there I would not be a loyal client. I purchased some product to take along on a trip to Cancun Mexico as well as Maldives. I loved the product so much that I shared with some locals at my travel destinations. Upon my return a few days ago I had to rush over and stock up. Thanks Vapery and your two lady staff members in Mirdif City Centre. I will surely be back. 😎
