I have sent in two different written prescriptions from my vet to this company that they cannot find. I have emailed them several times, sent in scanned copy of prescription that was mailed to them and they still have not or will not resolve this issue. The most currant problem I mailed to prescription in on 11-28-22, in the same envelope with all information needed such as full name, address, prescription order number and phone number. They updated one prescription but have no record of the other. Still not resolved.

I placed an order but the prescription I uploaded didn’t show the vets signature , they notified me without delay , I uploaded another full image clearly showing the signature & they replied without delay saying they could proceed to send the item . Sadly the dog had to be put down through another health issue , I emailed the situation this morning asking them not to send the med as it was now of no use . I did Not expect to be refunded but within 2 hrs I received a full refund . I was very surprised and can’t praise them highly enough for what I consider excellent service beyond my expectations. 5 star service

I placed an order on 17.09.14 and am still awaiting delivery! Systems have been done for a couple of weeks and have had no call back since 22.10.14. Just keep being told systems down.

Great company to order from, extremely competitive prices and fast delivery, have been using them for 18 months now and have never had a problem.

It can be very easy to make bad decisions when you are stressed over the health of a loved pet, so it was such a relief to find a company that delivers on first class service and cares. I would recommend anyone who has a pet to look at VetMed Supplies not only for the times when they need medication but also for the everyday routine items.

My experience is one of frustration and disbelief that a company such as this can be selling vetinary products and still be in business! I ordered some expensive and urgent medicine for my horse on 29th sept and to date, (11th oct) it STILL has not arrived despite being sent by first class post. I have had to call in my vet to treat my horse with the same medication that i have already paid for and not yet received!
Not only have i payed twice and payed more - as a vet call out was involved, but i unintentionally prolonging pain and suffering to my poor horse. I had believed that a next day delivery would occur and two weeks on i now know better. I will never purchse from this company again and will tell my friends not to use them.

I have use this company to provide medical supplies for my diabetic cat. I find the repeat ordering process to be particularly easy and hassle-free, and the packages arrive by post very promptly. I trust them.

I have been able to purchase , everything I need to care for my diabetic cat caninsulin syringes, test strips to be able to make sure his sugar is not to high. I am able to care for him to the best of my ability, but I would not of been able to if it wasn't for vetmed supplies . I would like to take this chance to thank vetmed.

The people at VetMed Supplies explained what I had to do to place my order (2 pets, repeat medications requiring prescriptions, and I wanted to pick it up myself), and it all went to plan just as they said.

The company seems very efficient, web site is easy and reordering straight forward. The fact they rang my vet to ensure the drugs were what was required gave me more faith in the company. The obvious price difference between the company and the vets for the same drugs is a big draw and makes the insurance go a bit further. Shame the drugs can't fix my beloved dog but I have been impressed with the company all the same. Thank you.

Superb service - they went out of their way to fulfil a prescription. When the prescribed drug was no longer available, they contacted my vet to get permission to substitute it with another brand. Delivery also very quick. Will definately use them again.
