I opted for the Total Health Bundle, and am glad I did! At the end of my appointment, I had a much better understanding of my physiology, which I will use to inform my training schedule and nutrition.
Harry was extremely professional, explaining the entire procedure and even went as far as to cheer me on as I kept going higher and higher in the VO2Max test! I would highly recommend My Vital Metrics if you, like me, want a better understanding of your health, body comp, etc.

Great service, speedy and the printouts of the deca and all encompassing and detailed. My appointment was handled by Akash and he was professional and took the time to sit with me post scan to explain to me what everything meant. I went to My Vital Metrics for a DEXA scan and VO2 Max test. I've never done either of these before. The experience was great. Akash made everything easy and enjoyable and took me through the data in detail. I'll definately be doing this again.

Akash took the time to go through all my scan results with me and gave me some valuable, practical nutritional advice. He was very knowledgeable and had excellent communication skills. All in all, a professional and immensely helpful experience.

I recently went for a DEXA scan and VO2 Max test, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The staff were professional, friendly, and made the process easy to understand.

Flawless service. Knowledgeable, friendly staff and a really welcoming and comfortable environment. Paid £159 for DEXA scan, but they did so much more than a scan. 3D body imaging, height, weight, hydration. Unexpected, and very pleased with it! I will be back in a few months.

My visit exceeded my expectations. I was warmly welcomed by Akash, who took the time to explain every detail of the DEXA scan process. After completing the examination, Akash thoroughly went through the results with me, explaining how to interpret the data and what it means for both my short- and long-term health. My wife and I booked the 2 for one scan and would recommend it to all people over 50. It’s not just for athletes, it gave us quite a wake up call and as a result changing our habits and taking the advice to get on track. Alicia was very insightful and explained what we need to do. We will rebook in three months to see how much we progress.

Booked a VO2max test at My Vital Metrics. Akash was efficient, knowledgeable, encouraging and very easy to talk to. Everything was clearly explained before the test as well as during, especially during the latter stages when it was key to getting most accurate result. Whilst this sort of test is a challenge, i was very comfortable with Akash’s guidance, explanations and encouragement. He went through the results answering any questions I had and giving further guidance on possible strategies for improvements. Altogether a simple but rewarding process and will certainly consider returning in 6-12 months time to test again. Would highly recommend.

My Vital Metrics takes the guesswork out of your training and lets you know what’s working, and what isn’t.
Great level of options to choose from subject to your needs. Mine was all about longevity. Whilst I think what I’m doing is working, it’s now good to know it is 💪

Drove to Central London before 12pm so no congestion charge. Plenty of parking outside and it's decently priced.

I was seen promptly and the entire process was efficient and smooth. The woman who did my scan took time to explain results to me after and was happy to answer follow up questions over email (it’s a lot of information to take in!). The scan itself gave me some really interesting results which give me a more complete picture of my health than previous tests. Definitely recommend.

Very professional and informative. Not only did I receive analysis of body composition and comparison with others in my age category, I also received an action plan on how to correct weaknesses and achieve personal goals.
