My Vital Metrics is the place to measure your Vo2 max and DEXA accurately. The staff is professional and nice.

I had a DEXA scan with My Vital Metrics and the whole experience was great. I’m so glad I did it! Ali was wonderful: very professional, informative and encouraging. I’d recommend this scan and this company for anyone on a health/fitness/weight loss journey. It’s given me a clear sense of where I am and what to do to achieve my goals.

Wonderful experience! You find out so much information about your physical state and health. Very motivating to exercise more and lead healthier life style. The results also were not only given in various reports but also thoroughly explained. So informative and helpful!

Being interested in my wellbeing and with the desire to try to exercise in a more mindful way I searched the internet for a company to do my VO2max test. I found My Vital Metrics and I can say that I am very happy with the experience I had on the day of my appointment.
The members of the staff were very professional, the testing facility is in central London, very easy to find and all the equipment used is helping discover everyone's needed personal metrics. I have used the DEXA scan too and all in all my confidence is greater now that I see that my exercise regime gets me the results I want.

Everyone should do these tests. I had a Dexa and Vo2max, Bodygee and a functional examination. It’s helped me identify and quantify areas I need to work on. Great business and team

I have had a dexa scan twice and the service has always been great. Tells me exactly what I need and the advice from the staff is spot on.
Will be coming back in the next 6 odd months once I adjust a few things so get a measure of progress.

Faultless and precise. A brilliant and an insightful consultation, plenty of time for questions throughout and a thorough discussion at the end of the consultation. I felt entirely comfortable throughout the process, and was amazed by the set-up. I gained so much knowledge in such a short space of time, a great incentive for setting goals.

Straight up, very helpful, 10/10 service

Had been planning a DEXA scan for some time, after some research came across Vital Metrics. At the time of my appointment Owen was already prepared for my arrival.

Went in for a DEXA scan and 3D body map. Owen clearly explained the results and more importantly the next steps to take including calorie intake for a deficit etc.

Overall very good experience; knowledgeable, helpful and respectful. Will be back in a few months for a follow up scan.

This is a great service; really informative and I feel much better-equipped and motivated. The scan images are incredibly clear and I really recommend them.

Was very helpful for me

I found both the DEXA scan and the following consultation extremely informative. It was great to get a 3D body scan as well as the DEXA scan. The 3D body scan results are afterwards accessible via an App.
Owen was very professional and went through the various results of the scan report explaining all the main points, also providing printouts and PDFs which allowed me to share my results with my PT. Owen also provide a written summary of what was discussed.
Overall I’m very happy with the experience and will be back in a few months for another scan to monitor progress.
