I highly recommend visiting Vital Metrics. A reasonable price and Owen is so welcoming, friendly and really knows his stuff. Be honest with your self and consider that without meaningful measurement you are not going to achieve your goals. As Peter Drucker said, what gets measured gets improved. I went for a Dexa scan and V02 Max test. I am a moderately experienced trainee and it was the first time I have done anything like this. Both test results were way off what I had estimated for myself (much to my surprise they were actually significantly better!) which has caused a big shift in my confidence and areas of training. Very thankful for getting these done as they have shifted my focus from cutting to gaining mass and taught me that scales, mirrors and home 'smart scales' are very inaccurate means of assessing stats. The insightful information and guidance received from Owen after each test was based on my specific results and has really helped shape my fitness goals going forwards. I look forward to going back in a few months to check on my progress!

From the start the guys were super friendly, professional and made the whole testing process comfortable and interesting. I did a VO2 Max test and the data and feedback were just what I needed. I'll be back to compare against future tests as I train for future triathlons.

Highly recommended My Vital Metrics. I've had Dexa scans before, but the analysis and insights offerered along with the results were above and beyond my expectations. Will definitely be using My Vital Metrics to chart my progress going forwards.

Awesome service, having had several other Dexa's in the past I was really impressed with my first scan with My Vital Metrics.

Unreal service. I've had Dexa scans in the past and left more confused than I went in, I got my body fat and muscle mass % but not much else that I could use. Owen takes his time to go through each bit, what it meant for my body, and specifically what I could do to work on it.

I also got a 3D body comp scan, which I wasn't too fussed about beforehand but will 100% get again. Got tons of useful info from it and really helps with the motivation to have a 3d render of your body as it is today, beats the hell out of a progress pic, and got some useable tips on my posture/back and hips that I can use to improve.

I've booked in again for Dec, so I'm a happy customer and highly recommend a trip into Owen. I expected a scan and some stats, instead, I got 2 great scans, lots of actionable insights and a full plan to work towards before my next appointment. 10/10

Great service, prompt testing and the testing methodology was well explained prior to the test. Once the test was complete, everything was reviewed and discussed so that I understood the results, what they mean and action steps. I highly recommend the testing and the staff was fantastic!!

I chose to access My Vial Metrics as I am currently on a bulk in the gym and wanted to have a overview of how my body was responding. My trainer pointed me in the direction of MyVitalMetrics and I made and appointment for a DEXA scan which measure a variety of the bodies composition of Muscle, fat, visceral fat etc. I was impressed at the amount of readings that I received and these were explained very clearly and thoroughly by Owen.
I have booked in another 2 appointments to keep track of my progress as the information shared was in depth and relevant. definitely recommend MyVitalMetrics

Owen instantly made me feel at home as he explained what the different scans entailed and what we would learn from them. Each was fairly quick and provided really interesting data on how I can improve my health and fitness. Owen then developed an action blueprint for me to follow to loose some weight and increase my lean muscle mass by the end of the year. I love that there are packages and memberships available to monitor my progress over time. I will be back soon!
