I'm was a little apprehensive about going but can honesty say that the minute I met with own I felt assured that I was in good hands , the wholes experience was relaxed and very detailed and I didn’t feel rushed , I felt Owen was well informed about all aspects of my procedure, I would highly recommend Owen and will be back in the future Aldo Bosco

Very Professional service

Went for a DEXA scan, and Owen was thorough in explaining and discussing the data afterwards. Professional service, and would definitely recommend to other coaches and individuals.

I took a VO2 Max test today (June 1st, 2021), and everything was fabulous. I had done this previously as part of a Bupa health assessment, and the experience with My Vital Metrics was infinitely better. The instruments are state of the art, Owen is very competent and friendly, and the results of the test are very informative and useful (VO2 Max, training zones and lactate threshold). On top of this the pricing is very competitive. I am very impressed and recommend very much.

I have had couple of scans with Owen now (Dexa, 3D image and RMR) and I cannot recommend the service enough. He explained the full process making it an easy and comfortable experience. Going through the results, it's obvious that this is more than just a business for Owen, it's a real passion. His knowledge on all aspects relating to the results of the scan is truly remarkable so you don't just get numbers out at the end, but a personalized analysis and strategy moving forward to achieve whatever goals you may be striving for. Can't wait for my next session!

I went for a DEXA scan and a BMR test and Owen was absolutely brilliant. He made me feel really comfortable, patiently answered all my questions, gave me invaluable insight, thorough information, and a plan for improved health that has left me feeling really confident in what I'm doing/need to do in terms of food & exercise - something I'd always felt unsure about until now! Can't wait to come back and see my progress, and the free 3D bodymap included with my DEXA scan will make results so much easier to see. Can't recommend Owen enough!
