I recently signed up for liability…
I recently signed up for liability insurance and overall the process was fine, but my experience with the phone support was disappointing. The representative I spoke with had a noticeably rude tone and seemed annoyed while answering my questions. At one point, she told me I seemed confused, which came across as condescending—an attitude that was not necessary.
Insurance isn’t always straightforward for the average person, so I expected a bit more patience and willingness to explain things clearly. Especially for the cost of the service, I think customer support should be more professional and respectful when assisting clients who are trying to understand their coverage.
