Bought a duvet from Nacove it was on sale for holiday it came six weeks later and terrible quality some of the middle squares have no feathers and color is off white , asked for refund and they don’t reply… will never buy anything from NACOVE again

I ordered two cotton and two silk pillowcases. The two supposedly silk pillowcases were labeled 100% polyester and the other two I can only guess that they’re cotton as they weren’t labeled. I’ve sent numerous emails but had no response.

I purchased from Nacove based on their prominently advertised "FREE SHIPPING AND RETURNS*" and "100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED*" policies.
When I needed to return my item, I discovered their "free returns" aren't actually free for EU customers. The shipping cost from Europe would be over €100, making it as expensive as the item itself. When I raised this issue, customer service offered only a 30% refund instead of honouring their free returns policy.
After I responded requesting they honour their advertised policy, they simply stopped replying to my emails.
Their marketing is misleading - they promote "free returns" without disclosing significant geographical limitations. For European customers, their return policy is essentially worthless due to prohibitive shipping costs that they won't cover despite their claims.
I recommend caution when ordering from this company, especially if you're based in Europe. Their "guarantees" have hidden exceptions they don't disclose until after purchase.

I purchased 2 of the Luxe Loft Goose Down Pillows, I ended up cutting a pillow open to find the filling was in fact wadding, no goose down feather at all.

No reply from SUPPORT and have followed up the Head of Customer Service, Diana, still no response 4 weeks later $300AUD

These pillows are manufactured to look and feel nice per the picture. They are not worth what they charge for them. Example, a standard 20x30 pillow for $209 for two? They should have costed for what I received half that for 2. Over rated and chinese made to look good in the picture until you receive them,garbage for what I paid, never again.

They sent me the wrong pillow (of course, their cheapest, flimsiest one was sent). I reached out and received an email stating I could keep wrong pillow and get a 20% off coupon for next purchase or could return for a replacement of the correct pillow. I replied I wanted the replacement pillow (the correct one). Next email was "sorry, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot take a return"..I am now contacting my credit card company.

What everyone says is true. They are cheaply made in china. The feathers stick out and poke you. When you try to return they ghost you. To add to how nefarious they are, i tried to do a dispute on credit card and they said they had been responding to me when they hadn't. I hope this company goes down in flames.

I wish I read these reviews before purchasing. Their 30-day refund policy is a joke, they just repeat the same caned response over and over and never issue a return label for the refund. I’ll be exploring options with my credit card and plan to raise a complaint with the Australian consumer protection agency. This company is a joke, spend your money elsewhere. I’ll never purchase from Nacove again!!!

Nacove does not stand by returns or warranty.
Pillows were not comfortable for us. Sent multiple emails, never any response. Now we are out almost $400 for pillows we don't use.

Good luck getting any response when trying to return their horrible product. Not based in US.

HORRIBLE customer service! They say they have a 30 day return policy but when I immediately tried to return my pillow I could not get ANYONE from this company to respond. I tried live chat and email - ZERO response.

To say that I'm astonished by my feelings regarding Nacove's duvet would be an understatement. It gets more comfy and softer with every day. I'm going to get one for each bed in my house! It's excellent that you could be persuaded to forego this duvet cover!

Do NOT buy from this company unless you're sure you want to keep! They praise their return policy, yet make you jump through hoops to return, and then end up ghosting you. I'm going to dispute the charges.

I ordered two pillows from Nacove. I did not find them comfortable so I emailed them within the "return window". No response. I emailed them again. No response.
What a waste of almost $400.

Ghosted on refund after returning the pillows, one of which was completely unopened! Now I am out the $250 for the pillows and another $27 on shipping. They ignore you after that. I have tried calling every phone number I can find and also emailing several times without any response.

The pillows themselves were just ok. However they have a satisfaction guarantee that they do not honor. I ordered 2 king size pillows. They were shipped separately from China to Colorado I believe. Then they came from there together in one terrible package. They take forever to respond to emails about getting a refund, then play games and then want to have you send them back at your expense with no promise of a refund

The quilt is absolutely adorable! The luxurious feel when you touch it and the way it's fluffy is such a joy. A duvet worth recommending.

The pillow was firm enough for both back and side sleepers, seemed well stitched and firm, with only a slight "feather smell" which I know dissipates quickly from down pillows. Very mild

I placed my order on 6th December- almost 3 months ago, paid £88 and have received NOTHING! They tried to deliver my package but used the wrong address and therefore it wasn’t delivered.
I was in contact with Diana via email - it took forever for them to get in touch!
